This is the last time that i ever order from this subway reason being they don't follow special instructions i clearly asked them to add extra lettuce & only a small amount of vinegar & garlic aioli, so what did they do they didn't even add the "Normal" amount of lettuce to the sandwich( way less) didn't put any spinach on at all as requested and just straight drowned the sub with vinegar & garlic aioli which just ruined a $12.00 sub. The bread was so soggy that it was just gross & after one bite i couldn't eat it and threw it out the back door to my dog. Now i clearing see why subway has fallen off so much. From now on when i want a sub i will go to jersey mikes or which wich i'm done with subway. This location made the worst sub i ever tasted & i won't ever waste my money here again.???

Rude workers. Had an online order and there was an issue that they didn’t have cookies (at 5 o’clock btw) which really would have been fine but then they were rude to my mother who was picking up the food. “Next time call to make sure we have everything for you order” why should I have to call in to place an online order? Also complained they had to void the order even tho she was there to pay for the part we could get, don’t accept the order if you can’t make it.Will not be going back to this location.

The food and atmosphere of this Subway location was pretty consistent with what I've come to expect from Subways...they make a pretty decent sandwich and the dining area is always clean. What made this dining experience 4 star was the tall, slim male employee (I hate I didn't think to ask his name) who saw me crying while talking to a friend. He walked over with a cookie, slid it across the table, and said "Serious talks need sweet treats. I hope this helps you feel better." It was such a sweet gesture and such a beautiful display of humanity at its very best. I want this Subway employee to know that I will be sure to pay his act of kindness forward.

My husband just picked up my lunch at Subway for me which was a turkey sub and I received chicken. Trashed!
It’s a new older lady that works there and she has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen! Then she had gloves on handling money and used the same gloves after to make someone’s sandwich without changing her gloves! I left because she was NOT about to fix my sandwich! Other workers in there don’t have a good attitude either but the guy with dreadlocks is always pleasant and helpful!

Went there to get my son a turkey sandwich he was craving and was not greeted, stood in line for 10 minutes while there were no other customers, and no one even tried to take my order. After noticing how bad the service was, I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Trash! Just like the establishment, attitudes from the workers, nobody asks you to work there you can always find another place or job to work at, no conversation and was bland, maybe some training on communications between customers would help in the near future, will not be back!
