This Taco Bell hands downs has the worst service that I have ever gotten at any taco bell. I placed a mobile order got to the drive thru and no one would come on the speaker so I go inside stand at the cash register and I might as well be invisible because no one came to see what I needed because they were all to busy playing and on cell phones so I went back to my truck cancelled my mobile order and I will never come back to this sorry excuse of a business ever again. Worst Customer Service Ever!šš

This was my first time at this particular location... the food was as it should've been and I found the gentleman at the drive-thru window to be very polite and courteous... I'll definitely go back.
Everytime I come here they manage to mess up my order, specifically asked for no sour cream & tomatoes in my crunchwrap but they're there. Last time I got my cheese replaced with sour cream, the mexican night manager was very nice and understanding about everything

Our great community location - practically eyesight from a major interstate- great customer service by a young lady today through the drive through- she was amazing- patient - kind - respectful plus my quesadillaWith upgrade of steak was hot & sumptuous. This place is located at the Granville Corner Shopping Center- a stones throw to accommodations and other customer service experiences. A major trauma center - about 10-12 minutes away - convenience stores- pet store- rosesās variety store- barber shop as well as- about 2-3 miles from the quaint downtown area with more shopping experiences !
Vegetarian options: There are meatless options like all beans- cheese- lettuce - tomato options
Dietary restrictions: The tacos can be modified to suit most people- I usually get lettuce tomatoās a little cheese and steak upgrade for tacos and quesadillas
Parking: Plenty of parking on the lot
Kid-friendliness: A lot of tenders offered that a lot of children like
Ordered āblackbean crunchwrap supremeā and asked for it made fresco. Workers didnāt know what fresco means (even though it is a taco bell menu style). Fine- we explained it (means no dairy and use pico instead). They recited it back correctly. Got it and all dairy was still in it so i could not eat it. I was also charged almost twice the price bc they charged me for beef crunchwrap supreme and charged me for add on for beans and pico instead of ringing up blackbean crunchwrap.Took forever to get food. Service was rude. Then it was wrong and no sauce. Horrible all around.
Wish it was a little easier, but everything else is good to go...

Service was excellent today! Everyone spoke, everyone was friendly and they went above and beyond making you feel welcome! Idk who was in charge but kamani took our order and should be in management if she isn't
