Absolutely horrible!! There was only 1 person and myself included waiting on food. There were 6 workers in the back, and I asked for a steak quesadilla without sauce. I waited 45 minutes to get 1 quesadilla, while the other person waited 30 min to get a chicken sandwich. After I got my food, it had sauce inside it, even though I confirmed no sauce with the manager. Will not be going back.

This KFC is absolutely disgusting—a complete cesspool that shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. The floors are caked with filth, the tables are sticky and grimy, and the whole place reeks of neglect. To top it off, there are rats running around like they own the place, and bugs crawling on the walls and counters like it’s their natural habitat. It’s beyond revolting—how does a restaurant even get this bad?
The staff? Don’t even get me started. They’re rude, lazy, and clearly couldn’t care less about the customers or the state of this dump. They messed up my order, barely acknowledged me, and acted like doing their job was the biggest inconvenience of their lives. The food looks like it was thrown together blindfolded. Honestly, this place is an embarrassment and a health hazard. Shut it down already—it’s a public service waiting to happen.

This Taco Bell hands downs has the worst service that I have ever gotten at any taco bell. I placed a mobile order got to the drive thru and no one would come on the speaker so I go inside stand at the cash register and I might as well be invisible because no one came to see what I needed because they were all to busy playing and on cell phones so I went back to my truck cancelled my mobile order and I will never come back to this sorry excuse of a business ever again. Worst Customer Service Ever!👎👎

This was my first time at this particular location... the food was as it should've been and I found the gentleman at the drive-thru window to be very polite and courteous... I'll definitely go back.
Everytime I come here they manage to mess up my order, specifically asked for no sour cream & tomatoes in my crunchwrap but they're there. Last time I got my cheese replaced with sour cream, the mexican night manager was very nice and understanding about everything

Our great community location - practically eyesight from a major interstate- great customer service by a young lady today through the drive through- she was amazing- patient - kind - respectful plus my quesadillaWith upgrade of steak was hot & sumptuous. This place is located at the Granville Corner Shopping Center- a stones throw to accommodations and other customer service experiences. A major trauma center - about 10-12 minutes away - convenience stores- pet store- roses’s variety store- barber shop as well as- about 2-3 miles from the quaint downtown area with more shopping experiences !
Vegetarian options: There are meatless options like all beans- cheese- lettuce - tomato options
Dietary restrictions: The tacos can be modified to suit most people- I usually get lettuce tomato’s a little cheese and steak upgrade for tacos and quesadillas
Parking: Plenty of parking on the lot
Kid-friendliness: A lot of tenders offered that a lot of children like
