Our great community location - practically eyesight from a major interstate- great customer service by a young lady today through the drive through- she was amazing- patient - kind - respectful plus my quesadillaWith upgrade of steak was hot & sumptuous. This place is located at the Granville Corner Shopping Center- a stones throw to accommodations and other customer service experiences. A major trauma center - about 10-12 minutes away - convenience stores- pet store- roses’s variety store- barber shop as well as- about 2-3 miles from the quaint downtown area with more shopping experiences !Vegetarian options: There are meatless options like all beans- cheese- lettuce - tomato optionsDietary restrictions: The tacos can be modified to suit most people- I usually get lettuce tomato’s a little cheese and steak upgrade for tacos and quesadillasParking: Plenty of parking on the lotKid-friendliness: A lot of tenders offered that a lot of children like
Ordered “blackbean crunchwrap supreme” and asked for it made fresco. Workers didn’t know what fresco means (even though it is a taco bell menu style). Fine- we explained it (means no dairy and use pico instead). They recited it back correctly. Got it and all dairy was still in it so i could not eat it. I was also charged almost twice the price bc they charged me for beef crunchwrap supreme and charged me for add on for beans and pico instead of ringing up blackbean crunchwrap.Took forever to get food. Service was rude. Then it was wrong and no sauce. Horrible all around.

Sucks I have to drive to Henderson or creedmore to enjoy Taco Bell. Not to mention the oxford location does not offer online orders/pickup. Needs new management and employees. The whole building needs upgrades. Please do better.

Service was pleasantly courteous and swift. Got a 12 pack of crunchy tacos and the shells were so stale and old, I had a bad aftertaste in my my mouth for nearly an hour. All other ingredients seemed fresh.

Went in on Father's Day felt like a little reminisce, was very disappointed. Ordered 4 piece crispy chicken and what they called tacos Supreme.The chicken was dried out from being under the lamps and and to even call the "tacos", tacos much less "supreme" is false advertising in my book.Having grown up in the 60's as well as where the first Taco Bell started it is a shame to see what they have become.And The Col's has always been one of my favorite, not anymore, it won't be Bojanles either. Fortunately we have a Popeye's.

Rice hard as a rock every single time. Tonight wife went to mezcalito and got the ACP, I got 2 veggie burritos and a Mexican pizza thinking I'd get a better deal. I paid a dollar MORE and she got more and better food. Close the store if you can't compete with an actual restaurant in quality, quantity or price.

Me and my wife went here last night and we had bad wait time. Received our money back and got our food after, but we ate the food when we got home. The following morning we both were vomiting, nauseous, cramping in the stomach, and other things. Doctor says it's food poisoning and I'm highly concerned due to my wife's being pregnant with our baby. I'm unsure if it was the food in the packaging or improper food preparations. I will not be going back to this place.
