They didn't get my order correct. They didn't acknowledge my coupons. I had to go back into Wendy's to get part of my order that left out & get my money back from my coupons. The manager took care of the problem.

Got raw chicken on my sandwich once and this is still my favorite Wendy's!
Their service is speedy, and the staff are professional and friendly.
Never once had to go sit and wait for my mobile order and they always get the customizations right on the sandwich orders.

This location has been out of lettuce for 3 weeks. All the other local restaurants have lettuce; Wal-mart around the corner sells lettuce. We were pulled over for 4 jr bacons, waited 16 minutes to get them and none of them had tomatoes on them. When telling the employee that our order is wrong, he replies ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ The employees are dirty looking so we threw out the food. No wonder this Wendy’s is a ghost town. Get it together or shut it down.

I'm literally in awe of how terrible this place is. Rude and incompetent staff. Incredibly slow service. 20 MINUTES for an uncomplicated order, then food was missing anyways. Save yourself the stress, go to literally any other fast food place on that road.

Just ordered from the drive thru and the manager that took my order on the night shift has a very nasty nasty attitude! Very rude like she didn’t want to take my order and acted as if I was bothering her! I also asked for my food cooked to order and she gave me reheated nuggets! I didn’t notice u til after I had left. If I wasn’t rushing to get to work I would’ve I would have taken it all back! Won’t be returning to this location again!

Erica took her time with me , washed her hands and was very nice . Since Erica is there I will start coming back I work at a bank customer service is very important to me no matter the job I have worked at Macdonalds Erica you will be recruited for something new you rock 10 stars

You better be extra nice or you’re not getting half your order. I heard the employees actually brag about not giving customers food because how they spoke. I only heard this because they didn’t think I’d walk in to get the rest of my food. Not good people or employeees. We all eat at these places because of the reputation they held in the 80s/90s all these places are trash now with trash service
