Stopped here on Sunday the 15th of December. Dining room was closed!!! No lights on in parking lot. Drive thru was open. Took 20 minutes to get to order. Received food and it was awful. French fries were cold and tasted like they had been cooked for days. Burgers were cold Chili was not good at all. And to top it all off the one who waited on us was not pleasant at all!!! Will never go back

The Krabby Patty doesn't taste any different than their regular burger - very little sauce. It took a bit before anyone welcomed or acknowledged me standing at the register but after that, everyone was nice.

You always have to wait at the speaker for an uncomfortably long time. As soon as you think they’ve forgotten about you, you say hello to the speaker, and they yell back just another minute. Then about five minutes later if you’re lucky you might get to order.

Ordered three items and two were missing. I caught an attitude from the cashier when I brought it to their attention. Not nice, like at all.

This is the worst Wendy's there is..I have never been anywhere that you have to wait so long in a drive thru as you do here.the staff is rude and the service sucks.they should be closed down

Employees are rude, they sloppily put together food, burned but cold fries, asked for a different salad dressing due to an allergy and still got the wrong one and got attitude when asked for the right one. Charged for things we didn't order, no straws or utensils in the bag. Horrible rushed service and employees just standing around. Will not be back to this location

The drive thru is a mess. It always takes a really long time and they make you go park and wait for the food. Once they forgot about me I guess and I was waiting for almost an hour and had to go knock on the doors until someone heard me because it was closed on the inside. Usually the drive thru attendant have a really poor attitude which sucks because I get that everyone has bad days and I am really nice and try to not cause any inconvenience but last time I only got a bag of fries and he gave me nothing else. None of the burgers, drinks, or the kids meal. I was so confused because he asked what was I still waiting for and I told him everything pretty much. It just sucks. Hopefully things go better there for everyone else and everyone can have a better day to treat the customers better. I just don't think I can go here again because it's been consistently bad every time I have went there.

Long wait times. Rude staff. Save yourself the frustration and just go somewhere else.
It's a fast food joint. The woman behind the counter was friendly. Crispy Chicken sandwich was ready quickly. No muss no fuss

There was a manager there when I went that I hadn't seen before they said she had been there for a while... She was an older lady and I have never been treated so racist and so rude in my life...
She talked ugly to me in front of everybody.... She locked the window on me all because I pulled up to the window and didn't complete my order at the speaker because I sit there for 15 minutes and no one spoke to me or took my order... I thought the speaker was broke...that is why I pulled up to window...As long as she works there I will never eat there again !

Everyone here is always so rude, always getting orders wrong, forget things and just nothing good to say besides it usually tastes goods when it’s right. But tonight they were rude and my frosty for my kids was just foam.. it was so obvious they had to know. This is a picture of it 30 mins after we got it.

The boy on night shift tonight (9-20-2024 @ 11:04) was cussing had to repeat order to him. He practically threw the bag of food. Had to tell him we needed our drinks. He then tried handing out the wrong drink and had an attitude. Very rude and unprofessional.

They have the worst customer service ever. The manager was very rude when I asked for my money back after waiting for 10 minutes for my order. I didn’t receive a receipt either. Manger made comment to another customer that you can’t satisfy some people referring to me as I was walking away
