Erica took her time with me , washed her hands and was very nice . Since Erica is there I will start coming back I work at a bank customer service is very important to me no matter the job I have worked at Macdonalds Erica you will be recruited for something new you rock 10 stars

You better be extra nice or you’re not getting half your order. I heard the employees actually brag about not giving customers food because how they spoke. I only heard this because they didn’t think I’d walk in to get the rest of my food. Not good people or employeees. We all eat at these places because of the reputation they held in the 80s/90s all these places are trash now with trash service

We eat a fair amount of fast food weekly and this Wendy's rarely fails to satisfy. Food is always good though the line can be slow at times even if not backed up. The restaurant has a modern vibe and outdoor seating is a plus, weather permitting.

We ordered two meals to go. There were only two customers ahead of us. It took almost 15 minutes to get our meals. There was no reason for service to be so slow.

If you do Door Dash, these people are extremely slow even after the food has been prepared and bage they leave it sitting there for 5 to 10 minutes before the will hand it to you

Went inside to order.Kashmere, who took the order needs to seriously find a new job. Wasn’t pleasant at all and look miserable at her job. After 20 minutes waiting for the food it was the wrong order. Manager was blaming the other kids working there for not bagging the food correctly.

Stopped here on Sunday the 15th of December. Dining room was closed!!! No lights on in parking lot. Drive thru was open. Took 20 minutes to get to order. Received food and it was awful. French fries were cold and tasted like they had been cooked for days. Burgers were cold Chili was not good at all. And to top it all off the one who waited on us was not pleasant at all!!! Will never go back

The Krabby Patty doesn't taste any different than their regular burger - very little sauce. It took a bit before anyone welcomed or acknowledged me standing at the register but after that, everyone was nice.

You always have to wait at the speaker for an uncomfortably long time. As soon as you think they’ve forgotten about you, you say hello to the speaker, and they yell back just another minute. Then about five minutes later if you’re lucky you might get to order.

This is the worst Wendy's there is..I have never been anywhere that you have to wait so long in a drive thru as you do here.the staff is rude and the service sucks.they should be closed down

Employees are rude, they sloppily put together food, burned but cold fries, asked for a different salad dressing due to an allergy and still got the wrong one and got attitude when asked for the right one. Charged for things we didn't order, no straws or utensils in the bag. Horrible rushed service and employees just standing around. Will not be back to this location

The drive thru is a mess. It always takes a really long time and they make you go park and wait for the food. Once they forgot about me I guess and I was waiting for almost an hour and had to go knock on the doors until someone heard me because it was closed on the inside. Usually the drive thru attendant have a really poor attitude which sucks because I get that everyone has bad days and I am really nice and try to not cause any inconvenience but last time I only got a bag of fries and he gave me nothing else. None of the burgers, drinks, or the kids meal. I was so confused because he asked what was I still waiting for and I told him everything pretty much. It just sucks. Hopefully things go better there for everyone else and everyone can have a better day to treat the customers better. I just don't think I can go here again because it's been consistently bad every time I have went there.
