If 0 stars was an option that is what i would give them! I'm normally not one to complain but I did my fair share of time in management. My grandfather, my daughter and I visted oxford location today, This place is ran very unprofessional, and employees are very disrespectful to customers, not only did the girl have an attitude while placing my order that I disregarded but then you hear 3 employees including 2 mangers talking complete crap about the customer while they are sitting at the window with the window wide open while they could hear everything being said. When employee returned back to window with attitude while then proceeded to have an attitude about the drinks she was handing out the window. Very disappointed about the experience that took place today! Very unprofessional! And the 2 mangers on duty clearly do not know how to treat customers! Never recieved a receipt for my order, never once recieved a polite word while visiting this location, even though I not once got out of character with them despite the way they were acting towards not just one customer but another. I kept it very nice.

This place is definitely mismanaged. That is abundantly clear to me after my most recent visit. They had one poor woman running the registers and packing all the to go/dine in/online orders by herself during lunch rush! What is that? I don’t even blame her for my 20 minute wait or my food being given out to someone else because she was most likely pretty stressed out. I also noticed since I was sitting there so long that at least two associates were just wandering. One in particular looked to be the dining room girl; why couldn’t she hop on the register so the main chick could focus on bagging orders? Is walking into the bathroom ten times in twenty minutes really more important than the line of customers to the door?Now that I got that out about this particular location, Wendy’s as a whole, why the f do you guys label online orders with only initials when you take the full name anyway? Do you know how many TH’a can be in the building at once during rush hour? In my experience today, at least two, maybe three since my food was given to someone before me and the cashier thought I was waiting for an order after mine. Why not do first initial last name like literally every other restaurant? Or the full name? Something that makes more sense since you’re taking the whole name with the order anyway

My order was ALL wrong. The 'lazy lady' at the drive-thru could not move any slower. She had the worst attitude. Hey, if you don't want to work, stay at home.This Wendy's location has had bad issues for a long time.As much as food costs, they should at least make sure they bagged your order correctly.I'll keep away from this location for a while. Absolutely awful!

Purchased 2 salads , 1 being taco salad get it home , no chips !! Can't eat a damn expensive salad with lettuce , chili and salsaItems are frequently forgotten at this store !Horrible service and waste of money !!Frequently ripped off !!

Waited 10/15 mins at the drive thru speaker no one said a word.as soon as I pull to the window they didn't even verify my order just asked for a payment and I hadn't had a chance to order when I said this she asked me to pull around with cars behind me the car in front of me sat there forever before pulling off and I had been sitting there what was the point of me having to pull around after already waiting and not being assisted?no longer a customer to this wendys and I just relocated to the area! But its not the first time at this location smh ! Please do better !

Busy Bee Renovations

As fast food restaurants go this is a good experience. The food was great, hot, and fresh. The employee I was served by was distracted talking to another employee but got the order right.
