Similar experience to a recent review. Ordered 5 pizzas and some other items. My teenager picked up the order and brought home. We realized only 4 pizzas were given to her not 5. Called the store... impossible to get a hold of them 30 minutes plus, when finally did the lady my wife talked to was extremely rude, basically stating we were lying an stated "whatever i will give you a free pizza." (How nice of her to give us a "free" pizza that we paid for). Then said you can wait an hour for it or we can credit you, at this point we wanted our credit. Nothing to compensate us for our time to do business with them and for their mistake. As of this writing we are still waiting for our credit 3 business days later... not holding my breath. Won't be doing business with Domino's again, definitely not this location.

A regular at this location for over a decade. Something changed.
Last week, they incorrectly made 2 pizzas. Today, the same thing happened, even with a call ahead (both times) to ensure they didn't miss the extra sauce request. The pizzas were once again wrong and the two associates there were exceptionally argumentative.
I simply inspected the pizzas and informed them that they were incorrect and referenced the call-ahead, and boy did that start the argument. It went hood really fast. It escalated when I asked about the person who made my pizza named on the online tracker. They took great offense to that for some reason. They were both girding for an altercation. I won't say any more, but I am saddened to say that this location is now off-limits forever and I won't be returning. The new management there is horrendous.

I used to love this place and would order often. Ive ordered buffalo chicken pizza twice and both times no buffalo sauce has been on it like they forgot to add the sauce or something, just completely dry & other time they had added barbecue sauce instead. I called and was transferred to that automated service that takes like 20 minutes before they answer but OK I waited . When they answered they transferred me to the store to make sure that they actually put buffalo sauce. The Yadkinville location employee answered with an attitude like she already did not want to be there. I explained that I wanted to place an order but before I wanted to confirm that they do put buffalo sauce on buffalo pizza and explain my previous issue. She just said “ yes they do” and hung up on me before I was able to place my order. How rude!!! Im so shocked, I didnt even give her attitude. I guess I’ll have to go to Papa Johns from now on 🤷🏻♀️ such a shame because I love Dominoes flavor.

Our go to pizza place. Recently picked up an order that one of the pizzas were incorrect. Tried calling store and goes to automation then transferred our call to the store. The only issue is no one ever answers the phone! So now we have to drive back up there and wait over a mistake they made. Not a good experience. They have all these ways to order a pizza but not one good way to fix an issue on their end. :(
Updating - went up to store since no one answers the phones at this store. Spoke with a young lady who right off the bat made me feel like this was my fault the order was incorrect. She told me they were busy so I would have to sit and wait for at 45mins. I asked her if their phones do not works and she tole they do not work. I asked her what her name was and she said she did not have to tell me. I ask who was the manager she said she was. We have been customers here for years. Will never return here again. The worst experience ever. Worst manager ever. This store has gone downhill. Garbage

I am writing the review after being on hold for 35 minutes. I made a $30 order and all three prices brought to me were not even close to what i ordered. The online system gave me a coupon for my next order as compensation which is nowhere near the $30 i spent on my meal. I just want a refund or re delivery but having called three times and have still been on hold, it seems I won’t get that. I strongly doubt no one was available to answer the phone in the span of 40 minutes.

Been using this domino's for 5 years with no issues. Food and service always good. But for the past few months service has went to crap. Must be a new manager or something. Whoever owns this location needs fire them and hire someone more qualified. Wait times have been more than double the estimated time given when ordering. Absolutely no reason for a pizza to be in the prep stage on the tracker for over half an hour.

I ordered something. I paid for it. You did not deliver it. I want a refund. I do not want 10% of my next order or points.
I have called the store 6 times. Each time I was on hold for more than 10 minutes and never spoke with anyone.
Your online form to submit a request is riduculous. I should not need to provide you with YOUR store number. If I give you an order number, you should be able to back into your information. That is not consumer facing at all. I have now had to look this up three times because you have not responded to my request.
You did not deliver something. What operating system or browser is not material. You are making me go through so many hoops!
Always something wrong with the food here, last two times it’s just inedible.

Ordered delivery and the driver forgot our pizza. Tried calling the store and was put on hold for over 7 minutes. This was at 9:30. Tried calling back and stayed on hold for another 4 minutes. Decided to just drive to the location since take out closed soon and apparently no one was answering the phone. Upon walking in there’s 3 employees just standing around while my call is STILL on hold. I tell them the driver forgot part of my order and their only response was “oh the pan pizza?” So you knew the driver forgot it and still refused to answer your phone? Time to get better employees.

These guys really have the best people, best customer service, and best pizza!
Overall, a pretty good experience however I cannot seem to get a thin crust pizza from this location that is not burnt.
