I've given this place multiple chances and they disappoint every time.Either the pizza is smaller than the size you ordered or burnt, the sauce sometimes tastes old or the dough is old, there's always something wrong with it anymore and there's no use trying to contact anyone about it, they just give you a coupon that expires in a week.I'm going to pizza Hut or Papa John's from now on.

So very disappointed in this place. I have my 4 grandsons on Tuesday and Thursday in Pfafftown and I have ordered Pizza from Domino's because they are the only ones that deliver until this last Tuesday. I ordered 3 Pizza's 3 salads, salad dressing and garlic sauce for delivery. Delivery is a must with 4 very active boys so I make sure the order form says "Continue for delivery". But pizza was never delivered. But they did charge my credit card with the $85.00. That is quite a scam they have going there. Called them 6 times waited for a very long time for someone to "get back to me" but no one ever did. My daughter and son-in-law will not be ordering from there anymore either. That is a customer base of 8 a big family you have lost due to your negligence!!!!

Wrong pizza was delivered; I've been on hold for more than 20 minutes trying to resolve this problem. At this point, I no longer WANT A friggin pizza! Just give me a refund.Every time I order from you guys, the order is delivered wrong.

This Domino's is one of three near me. I will go to another one if they get my order wrong one more time. Twice I have asked for my pizza pie cut and they cut it in those little pieces. I do not like that. They should not offer pie cut on line if they are not going to do it.
I put two stars to give credit on online ordering and picking it up as working as expected. However, of you intend to visit this store and place an order, this is where this place go downhill, either the staff lack training on Customer Service or have not undergone training at all.We went to this store to order a pizza, when we enter the facility, no greetings whatsoever which is very basic (1st red flag), we then proceeded to where their counter is where they normally take the order and where the Menus are usually located, one staff was so busy cutting the recently cooked pizzas, while the other staff turned her back on us (2nd red flag) and was busy on the phone via airpod it seems.After few minutes, that was probably after 5 minutes from the time we enter the store, my friend finally ask, "can we place an order"?" The one that was busy cutting pizzas seems to signal to the other staff who was on the phone still, but no luck, she then responded, "you need to wait for 15 minutes" WOW...End result, we left the place and bought some food elsewhere.Suggestion to the store: if you are short of staff (there were 2 of them that time) and business is busy, why not put up the close sign so you will be free from any more pressures from potential customers coming through, but if you still insist on putting up a "Open" sign, then live with it, be responsible and do business accordingly, lastly, give proper training to your staff as clearly what they showed was pretty sure not in line with business policies.

Where to start?The store will not honor the promotion listed for this location on the app, even when I showed it to them in the store. It's been there for months and they won't honor it.Last time I was here my pizza was late, and I earned a free pizza. Came back to use the coupon 8 days later and discovered that the free pizza expires after 7 days. So unless you eat dominos pizza multiple times in a single week, that's a total gimmick. Feels like a scam, since I didn't know this until I drove to the store to order it.Staff is rude and not helpful.Prices are arbitrary. How can you possibly know what is the best deal when there are dozens of various promotions for the same overpriced items. It's like a game to try to not get ripped off by the confusing promotions. Place one wrong topping, add flavor to the crust, etc and the promo is gone.Definitely will not be back anymore even though we live only a few minutes from the location.

They made my pizza wrong. When I called about it the so called general manager cussed at me. I will never order from here again. I will be filling a complaint with their owner or corporate. Worst place to order food in winston salem

Very rude! My food was ready when I came to the store and I was ignored inside for nearly 10 minutes while I could see my boxed pizzas getting cold. Multiple times I asked any of the 4 people working to just hand my food to me. The only lady that would acknowledge my existence snapped and me twice and said I would have to wait. Uh, I had been waiting. They continued on making other pizzas and ignoring. Then finally got mine set it on the counter and walked away. No thank you, no sorry for wait. We used to eat here a lot. Never again.

Was on the phone on hold for 13 mins driving there. Once I got there, there was about 10 team members standing around. Not one could answer phone but as soon as I walk in they come to counter and answered another caller. Got food ordered and the one making it messed up one of my sandwiches. When I told them had to wait for another to be fixed and they didn't do anything. Was not very satisfied with how the service was.
