Make sure you check your order before you leave I ordered a double Frisco burger and it was missing a piece of meat and my mellow yellow had no syrup it was pure soda water

If I could give negative stars I would. I encourage everyone to stay as far away from this restaurant and it's management as humanly possible. Aside from long waits the service is poor and the quality is worse. You are guaranteed to get you order wrong so check your Bag before you leave the lot because if you do leave the is no chance that they will fix your order if you return. The management is rude. They removed my incorrect order from its bag and spread to out all over the counter and once they had "corrected" the items in question the manager looked at me and told me I could bag it all up. I, fuming at this point, went to my car before I said anything I would regret checked my order and it was still incorrect.
At this point I decide that it was best onto just drive away.
I would suggest a "Hard Ban" on this establishment for anyone who is tired of substandard service and rude entitled employees.

The lady at the window at 10:15 this morning should drop the attitude. It should not matter whether the order is drive-thru or mobile app. Also, on the mobile app, cherry coke is an option however you guys do not have cherry coke at this store and while corporate would make changes to the app, you guys could have at least asked me what I wanted as a drink instead of assuming. I chose cherry coke, you guys assumed sprite. If you can't have the decency to ask, at least assume a drink that's somewhat similar. I ordered a medium combo, the hashbrowns I got wouldn't even be enough to fill a small (also referenced in photos). Biscuits were burnt. Unfortunately, this was not the first bad experience at this particular Hardee's.

Went through drive-thru in Pilot Mountain, NC. Food received was cold and appeared to be sitting underneath a heating lamp for hours! I asked the guy for some fresh food and he told me they couldn't make it fresh so he would just refund me my money!!! So instead of preparing the customer with fresh food, you refund the customer and lose money?! Make it make sense!!!

Well let me start off by saying the gentleman working the drive through today needs a promotion. He was very professional and thorough. He introduced me to a new sauce I didn't know about and it was good. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. On the contrary I ordered a 5 piece meal and received only 4 tenders. I went back in with my order to inform the staff of my issue along with asking if they had fresh fries because the ones I received had been sitting a while. I work in the food industry so they would have been a violation if the health dept walked in. I was not offered more fries nor an apology was given one Luke warm tender in a box and told I could take both of them. Both members of the front staff were dull. Hopefully it was in end of the shift for them they need some rest. I see why Hardee's locations are now hard to find. It's sad I used to love Hardee's.

Cold food and combined their iq can't be more then 20. Took over 30 min to get my food with 8 people working.
Restaurantji Recommends
If you are a person who uses dip or chewing tobacco, perhaps you could take a wet napkin or two to clean your mouth before taking someone's order if you work in a restaurant. It is nauseating to look at before you sit down to eat.

If they would not make people wait so long to get their orders they might just get more business. Right now they can not keep any body working there and at times they just close when they want to saying they have no help . Plus the new McDonald's that moved in across the street usnt good for their business either
