My partner and I went through the drive thru around 9am and told them at the speaker we had a mobile order (ONE biscuit btw). When we got to the window, both the cashier and manager were so rude. The cashier snapped at us and slammed the window. Then the manager comes over and says “so you didn’t even tell us you were here? You have to tell us at the speaker.” and then also slams the window. WE DID tell them. I’ve been a manager at a busier fast food store and I never would’ve spoken to a customer like that, especially unprompted. It’s ridiculous and I really wouldn’t be surprised if you’re losing a lot of business because of it. It seems like many other people have been treated badly by your employees.
I’m not really one to leave reviews like this. I know the job can be stressful. But y’all are clearly allowing your employees to take their personal frustrations out on people who haven’t done anything wrong.

I ordered the breakfast platter and it is usually a very good meal. What I got this time was terrible the gravy in it was like water, there was only half a bowl of gravy, and there were only 5 hash rounds in the plate. It was a big disappointment. I ordered this most every time I go there for breakfast and it usually a whole bowl of gravy that is like gravy should be not like water and many more hash rounds than 5. Again big,big disappointment

Went for the first time in months because I rarely have a good experience here, especially during the day….however, my food tonight (pulled pork bbq frisco burger & an apple turnover) was the best I’ve had from there in a very long time. I wish I had my receipt to take the survey but I’ll just leave a review here. I even called and told the worker how satisfied I was. And the drive thru worker was very friendly. Hopefully the next time I go, the food will be as good as it was tonight.

My sister & I Eat here about every week but not no more. Today I ordered Gravy over Biscuit eat in, coke & 2 apple pies. Paid $10.41. Got to table & they did not put gravy over biscuit it in small container that was not even 1/2 full. Only enough to go over 1/2 of the biscuit. Went back up there told her I need more li8ke the amount they usually put on when you order the Gravy over the biscuit. She said I would have to pay for it told her to forget it gravy was so thick. So I only eat 1/2 of my meal. The apple turnover 1 of the nothing inside other one was ok. Had to ask for receipt afterwards because she did not put on try. The receipt said gravy over biscuit. Lot of money for very little to eat.

ADD ON: Thought they was going to make it right. Was supposed to send me something to make this order right but have not seen it yet. Been over couple months.
