“Want to share what a fantastic time I had at Pinehurst last Thursday. The course and staff were out of this world!! I would like to pass on a special thank you to two employees Brendan Atherton and Jordan Allen , who asked me to join them while playing #1 . They were incredibly gracious and both were excellent ambassadors for the club . My time at Pinehurst was only made better thanks to their company on the course . Cannot wait to return .“

“A great place to stay. The recently renovated rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed. The in-room Nespresso and welcome basket of local goods were great touches. Breakfast in the Carolina Dining Room and dinner downstairs at Villaggio are wonderful ways to start and end the day. My only complaint - Magnolia room keys don’t work at the resort fitness center, so you can’t access that amenity until they can get that fixed.“

“I am a waitress of 1 year here now! I love to read the reviews of past mistakes, but I promise any of these complaints I have read from years ago are completely acceptable from what I believe…. “I have had clam chowder there many times, drove 35 miles from Sanford to get the chowder today. It has always been very good; today it was horrible. It was loaded, no way overloaded, with bacon. Bad bacon, like some smoky, applewood, weirdo bacon of some sort. Whoever made this batch should be spanked! lol. I know you don't get it perfect every time, but this was just poor management of a dish. Pay attention in the kitchen!!“

“In 1989 my son Matthew was born in January. So that summer my wife & I drove from Texas to North Carolina with our 6 mo. newborn to show him off to my wife's parents in Myrtle Beach. We scheduled a stop at Pinehurst for me to golf.....booking the Pinecrest Inn. I requested the Ben Crenshaw Suite and will never forget our stay there. I was able to play Courses #2 and #7 during our stay......it was wonderful at age 34 for me. My wife and our newborn were well taken care of by the entire staff and we were treated like family. That was many years ago, but I still have all the photos(from a camera back then) and highly recommend this historical establishment in every way.“

I will be stopping by during my future travels through Carthage NC. Fresh food has such unique taste and texture. “Was there Friday night with friends. The place was packed and a real fun vibe. Music was present but you could have a conversation. Cocktails were classic and proper. Nice community bar, classy and welcome in our community. Nothing like it in town. Will be back!“

“Honestly, I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a party. The owner did a fabulous job on my 65th birthday party. She spent time with us talking about wines ,introducing us to New delicious varieties. The atmosphere was quiet where you could actually have conversations with people but yet there was music or TV whatever your heart desires. Thank you again for a fabulous party.💫“

“Came to North Carolina to help my son and his fiance move in to their new house. While I was waiting for them to arrive I decided to check out this little local bar. The people were really cool and the drink prices were great. Next time I come back to the area I'm going to have to try the wings. Never made it back the second day to get any.“

“Bartender was nice and very quick at making orders! Was charged $10 in tips for $20 worth of drinks when I wrote down 20% tips. However I was offered an apology and full refund. I likely won't be taking them up on the refund or going back. But don't let my bad experience stop you from checking this quaint dive bar out!“

“I had lunch today at Chapman’s. They had a risotto special and I decided to take a walk on the wild side, instead of ordering my go to. It was so good! It had shrimp, spinach,and a few other things in it. The portion was huge. It was definitely a win! I hope they will serve it again sometime. He server was great and very pleasant.Thanks Chapmans!“

“We had a birthday celebration at Rudinos this past week for my son’s 21st birthday and everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious, the servers were great and the bar tender made sure everyone had what they needed! Would definitely recommend them! Hot wings and pizza are the best in Moore County!
