“Awesome lunch. My grandfather has recently been in and out of hospital and loves seafood. We arrived in Albemarle at lunchtime to visit Blue Bay but it was unfortunately closed (Saturday they aren't open for lunch) so we decided to try this place, Harmancos. We were all very pleased with our meals and appetizers. The blooming onion and the hamburger steak was great. The green beans tasted like they were made with love (and bacon fat lol). Our server was a young man I can't remember his name but he was A1, our drinks were always topped off and he was very kind, accommodating, and attentive. Best service I've had in a long time at any restaurant. We were one of the only tables in there but I still was astonished at the great service. Two different people (I'm assuming owner and manager) came out to check on us on two separate occasions, you can tell they are passionate about their business and it shows. I will definitely be back next time we're in town. Only complaint is they were out of mashed potatoes but as we were finishing our meal I heard the kitchen staff saying the mashed potatoes were ready so that just means they make it fresh from scratch (maybe daily) which is awesome.“
“Fun to pull your boat up to the dock get out and have a cocktail with friends. Fried okra was enough for a table of 4 to 6 people. Big portions to share. Sweet potato bites are delicious!#localguide #jenniferlcarlsonrealtor #lovepineslivelocal“
“My first time at River Wild, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, the atmosphere was open and airy, the waitress was prompt and friendly, the food was amazing, the vegetables were fresh and prepared beautifully, the main course was delicious, I'm looking forward to going back to River Wild soon.“
“Sloppy Joes don't usually sound like something to brag about, but this establishment has made them an art form. Along with the friendly service and beautiful patio, my visit to Five Points Public House receives all commendations I can provide.“
