Management needs to be replaced. Management sets the entire tone for the workplace, so when you have one that is not efficient or customer service friendly, your associates follow behind that.

I have been supporting this location for 13 years since I moved to South Charlotte and the owners who also work at the location NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE me as a loyal returning customer, they don’t greet you or care to know their customers! Their customer service seems very intense and unwelcoming. Not a nice way to appreciate the community in which they serve! My family and I have always loved Aunt Anne’s and this is the closest location to me so I return for the pretzels ? not the experience.

My Fiancé and I love this place we’ve never experienced this location so today was a first we went to order our hot dog minis we use the app to gain points and to also redeem them however the cashier was new so she didn’t know what to do so she did as she should and got her manager which is the Indian man he came to the front as we were trying to explain to him that we were trying to redeem our points so that we could getOur pretzels free he cut us off saying that there was no way to do that left the cashier there to try and figure it out then later comes back to the counter tells us that we would have to pay first then use the app which made absolutely no sense but by the time he had came back and said this very rudely my fiancé had already just paid for the pretzels the Indian man continued to yell and be very unprofessional so at this point my fiancé wanted a refund he refunded my husband but threw the receipt across the counter and began to yell that we could just call the 800 number ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I will be calling corporate as well as this post someone needs to get him out of there and get better management in that place the whole experience was absolutely horrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to my DOG it’s no reason to treat people so nasty !

This store would not use the 20% off coupon on all of our items, the coupon was scanned early and he refused to redo the transaction so we could get the full discount. Staff was not friendly in the process and the line was long. Not to mention prices were recently raised, I would not go back.

The Indian lady in the front was very rude and nasty towards me. I understand it’s just retail nobody is excited to work that kind of job but you don’t have to be rude to the customers. I didn’t appreciate that at all!

They don't prioritize online orders at i place the order 10 minutes before I get there and they say they have to cook them meanwhile the in long line everyone else gets there orders.

They have a cashier who is constantly scratching her hair while handling food. Totally unacceptable. She also doesn't wear gloves while going back and forth from the food to the register. Yuck

DO NOT purchase food at THIS location!! They overcharged me and SEVERAL other customers for food today. Intentionally!! 2 and 3 times as much as we order! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM JOB, stay AWAY!!

Find another Auntie Anne's to go to!!!!! Dry pretzel and they overcharged me plus on top of that the employees are extremely rude!!!! Worst Auntie Anne's I have been to ! Employees work without gloves and are on the phone texting while servicing customers. Cross contamination. VERY UNSANITARY especially with COVID 19 still around. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Dropped cup on ground picked up and put it back on top of counter and never changed gloves or threw the cup out. Also they don't give receipts. Refused to correct mistake

I place my order online and when I arrived I was told I had to pay them a upcharged. They were not willing to swap out the product that they did not have. Overall was just a very rude experience
