Horrible service! The guy was very rude and when I didn’t understand he almost yelled. At the end he just put the pretzel on the tray and turned back, no thank you or nothing
Customer service is horrible. I went on 6/24 at 3:44pm and the cashier was very rude no greeting, no thank or you're welcome. She seemed annoyed that I wanted my recipe. Server on recipe days B P.
We ordered a drink and received the wrong one. The man who took the order and was “helping” us insisted what we received what we ordered. It was NOT. Moreover during the transaction and our attempt to communicate the error, the man was on a phone call. We will never go back. Love the pretzels but for that price and poor level of customer service, I’d advise to put your money elsewhere.
