BIGGBY COFFEE

This is the best coffee shop simply because of their service! Just visited and they customized a drink based on my requests and made some great suggestions. Even made sure I tasted it before leaving to make sure it was tasty (it definitely was!) Always great service here but today was above and beyond.

So far I've been to this location 3 times. The first time, unfortunately they had run out of oat milk, but, I must say the gentleman was very kind and tried to find alternatives for me. Due to the customer service, I decided to go back and try it out. I'm glad I did because our drinks were great. We had a great experience the 3rd time as well. I will definitely return.

First time customer today and got a simple vanilla bean latte with sweet foam. It was sweet enough which was fine but the actual taste of the coffee was putrid. I’m not an avid coffee drinker but I know what coffee should taste like. I went to the counter to see if they could rectify the situation but a worker stated the owner just put a sign today that said all sales are final, no return or exchange which I find interesting. I won’t be going back.

Some of the best coffee I've ever had. I try to get something new every time I come and have never once been disappointed! Staff is so friendly and welcoming and service is fast. I came in on a Saturday twice and both times got my order in a very timely manner. Highly recommend the seasonal drinks while they are there!!!

Tried out Biggby coffee twice over the last week. Both times there a few service hiccups. Used the drive through and seems their system needs to be fixed because both times I had issues communicating through the intercom.

They don't have whole milk for lattes which I found strange. 2% or half and half were the only options for cows milk.

The latte was still decent but could have been better. The cold brew was a bit bitter.

My first time here today and it was clean, the vanilla bean latte was good and Darren (spellcheck) was extremely attentive and showed great customer service.He showed patience (I didnt know what to get, first time) and just all around great job on the coffee and customer service. I'll be back!

Me and my girlfriend come here often and I would just love to say that the service is always excellent and friendly. The coffee is good and the food is good as well. I will say a lot of people say the service is slow but just be patient this isn’t Dunkin’ Donuts. They take pride in what they do here and we come here Almost every day. Thank you, Malissa For being very welcoming, this is our favorite coffee spot ever since we moved to Pineville !!!

Actually went to Biggby for the second time today and wow I keep going back for the asiago, turkey, bacon and cheddar bagel. For this to be a franchise, I am very impressed by the quality of the food the quality of the coffee and more importantly, the quality of the service is what keeps me going back to Biggby. Today I sat there on a Sunday and did work, chatted with a regular about his coffee orders, I will be trying Carmel marvel next time I am in the building. So far - I’ve had the banana breeze crème freeze & the butter bear , very delicious recipes!

Loved the whole experience! First time here and first time hearing of biggby coffee. The staff were amazing and the coffee was as delicious! The environment was very welcoming and comfortable. I wish we had these stores in Myrtle Beach! I will be back next time I am in town!!

Service it’s very very very very very very very very very slow! This location will not make a DoorDash order if they have people in line! DoorDash comes last at this place! I had an order pick up at 1 o’clock at 1:25. I asked where the order was, and there was still no answer! I had to unassigned the order. I also notified DoorDash that you guys are not taking orders as well from DoorDash! Will definitely not be back.

We enjoyed our Sunday visit to Biggby for an Americano & wife had a double espresso. Both were delicious. We each loved our warm muffins too. Food menu is limited, could offer croissants or other pastries. They do offer bagel and egg sandwiches Atmosphere is nice with a couple comfy chairs.
