The workers here are always friendly and courteous and make sure that you get your coffee just how you like it!! Biggby may be a chain coffee shop but they are exemplary. The coffee is also amazing every time I come! Their lattes & cold brews just rock. What else can I say?!

Hit or miss days not everyone can make the drinks
I only drink plain hot coffee and this place is more styled to the dramatic drinks. There is great coffee around Charlotte and I’m sure people who like sugary coffee like this place.

Great coffee, nice that they have so many unique flavors. I like the music too. Overall refreshing change from the normal ho-hum coffee shops that charge 40% more!
I just wanted to leave a quick review to express how much I enjoy starting my day at this coffee shop. I've been a regular for a few weeks now, popping in a few times a week for my morning coffee fix. It's simply a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere to kickstart the day. On top of that, I had a fantastic experience with Stephanie. I was feeling adventurous and wanted to try something new, but I was struggling to make a decision. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and recommended the Irish coffee. It was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to begin the week! Thanks, Stephanie, and I'll definitely be back soon!

I recently found Biggby Coffee on DoorDash and have been OBSESSED since. Embarrassingly I’ve order 3x in the past week but the food and coffee is soooo good! I get the Sweet Foam Lucky Charm Cold Brew and the Turkey Havarti bagel and it’s a 10/10 every time! They even write sweet notes on your order!
I absolutely love this place! ALWAYS great service & coffee. My new go to!
If I have one complaint they need to get their coffee hotter. It's never hot enough. Always having to take it to a microwave. Other than that tastes great.
