Flame: Asian Bistro & Bar serves authentic Asian food, not Panda Express. The restaurant offers dishes from various provinces of China, Thailand and Malaysia. The food is amazing, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. The beef chow fun was good but a little dry, and the braised pork belly with chestnuts was delicious. The salt and pepper fried squid appetizer blended the Chinese spices well. The hot and sour soup is a favorite, the lobby mein was deliciously cooked with vegetables in perfect bite-sized pieces, and the crispy radish pastry is very flaky with a crispy texture. The food tastes very fresh, with generous portions at fair prices. The service is attentive and kind, with pleasant and knowledgeable staff who are eager to share their favorites. The atmosphere is great, small and quiet, simple and clean. A truly surprising quality and authentic experience.
