I’ve been coming to this location for over 15 years. I came in on 4/27/24 and there were 3 employees working. It was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The employees were super nice. Customer service was top notch. I came in close to closing and didn’t even realize. They told me not to worry and that I didn’t have to rush. Sat down with my 2 kids and ate lunch. Just wanted to share because the employees were awesome!!

Went to Brueggers Bagels for the first time. The atmosphere is your typical bagel shop in a strip with other shops. The place was very clean. Bagel sandwiches are very good. Not like my NY bagels but good.

Bagels are pretty good. Twice went there Sunday on way home. Young lady who took our order was not friendly at allNever said hello, just looked us without saying anything. I just stated at her until she mumbled something. Placed order. She acted like she was doing us a favor. No...we're paying customers. No customers, no job.

Great authentic NY bagels, coming from a former NYer. All varieties are excellent! The egg sandwiches are amazing too! Highly recommended. Just one tiny thing. How could you sell tubs of cream cheese but no butter?
Not the same since Doug retired. Same great bagels, but please just reverse all of the other changes that you made.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered through DoorDash & wasn’t any options for condiments or extra toppings which is fine. But the store didn’t answer the phone, might’ve been busy I understand but then when I asked my dasher if they could grab me what I needed they refused. Would not recommend and it wasn’t good, bagel was stale and the cream cheese was like curdled.

Stopped in to grab a few bagels. Seemed super expensive for my tiny little bagels. The bagels did not taste great. Different prices for different bagels. This place has gone downhill the past few years.

After reading the reviews in the past 6 months or so, it's obvious that the change of management has been detrimental to this location. I watch the manager/person in charge scold a worker for tossing an iced tea bag out after 1 use - he told her that they always use bags twice. If management is focused on the pennies, they'll never see the dollars. He (manager) walked by me 3 times without acknowledging me - and I was one of 4 customers in the building (at 8:45 am! In a place that specializes in breakfast food!). I don't blame the employees at all for any lack of customer service - micromanagement kills employee morale.Owner: Treat your employees with dignity, integrity, honesty, and respect. Quit with the "we're sorry you had a bad experience" responses! Words won't fix your issues. You have to work harder to regain customer confidence - even if it means taking a loss until business builds back up - that is, if you haven't ruined your reputation already.
Service was ok. Agree with others, really dirty. Ordered a lunch sandwich, it was served cold and was chewey. No ice in the soda machines. Not worth a 2nd trip, IMO.

Cream cheese tasted sickly sweet and consistency was chalky. Place was really dirty. I normally don’t care but everything had a film or grime on it. Coffee wasn’t good either. Matthews location is better. I didn’t experience any issues regarding quality at that location.
