Stopped in to grab a few bagels. Seemed super expensive for my tiny little bagels. The bagels did not taste great. Different prices for different bagels. This place has gone downhill the past few years.
After reading the reviews in the past 6 months or so, it's obvious that the change of management has been detrimental to this location. I watch the manager/person in charge scold a worker for tossing an iced tea bag out after 1 use - he told her that they always use bags twice. If management is focused on the pennies, they'll never see the dollars. He (manager) walked by me 3 times without acknowledging me - and I was one of 4 customers in the building (at 8:45 am! Great authentic NY bagels, coming from a former NYer. All varieties are excellent! The egg sandwiches are amazing too! Highly recommended. Just one tiny thing. How could you sell tubs of cream cheese but no butter?
