You can tell they aren’t cutting corners on product qualityI love their fries as well.. they aren’t the generic crinkle fry. I do wish they had a size option. “The food was great, but I really want to give a shout out to Tom L. and his customer service. He was super friendly and helpful when we ordered, but it's what he did next that impressed us. My wife's sandwich came out not exactly right, so he immediately had another made, even though we didn't request or require it. I want to contrast this with an experience at Subway two days prior. Our app order didn't print out at the store, but our credit card was charged. The store manager refused to make it right - we left without food and reversed the charges on our cc. Lee's is our go to sub shop now. Lesson learned - patronize mom and pop shops for great customer service.“

“It was good, not amazing. Not sure about 4 stars, but I will go with it. The employees seemed to be preoccupied with other things. Some were not wearing masks (glad they were not near my food, sorry for the lady behind me). The sandwich is what I expected and the fries tasted great. May pass on this next time, the employees attitude carries a lot of weight in my decision.“
