The manager is yelling at the top of her lungs at her employees, making everyone in the restaurant feel very uncomfortable. One customer waited so long for a simple waffle that he just gave up and walked outWORST MANAGING SKILLS I'VE EVER WITNESSED The employees were all very friendly and did their jobs efficiently. I feel so bad for the employees.

Never have I ever…..Showed up for dinner at 8:30pm to find the place closed…until tonight.FYI - finding service in the South is definitely hard to come by after 8pm.Sheesh…the hours say they’re open until 10pm…but it’s “lights out” at 8pm, at this location apparently.My recommendation : Don’t assume the hours are correct on Google..no one cares to update them anyhow.

I have been trying to call to place an order for several nights as they are supposedly to go order only now. You aren’t accepting any kind of order when you hang up on everyone that calls.

Our waitress was EXTREMELY rude to us from the moment we walked in. She also helped herself to CHARGE myCard extra for more tip money. I keep calling the store and they will not answer. I would love to hear from the manager. Never going there again.

It was terrible my coffee was cold my mom didn't even get her food and when they bought her food out it was a sandwich she didn't order no fries my daughter was Disgusted she didn't even want me to paid. NOT going back there????? This young man he did his best. He was really working hard to satisfy us??

waiting too long no one cares about their customers the food takes time to come out, I don't know how it has been open for so long if the service is really taking longer each time. it is important that if you come to this place to share with your family if first food on the day one wishes it was the best service but it is not, too bad?

First...try a different iHOP. I was traveling, it was the afternoon and I wanted eggs. I had never been to this location previously. This restaurant is short-staffed. The floors are sticky. The women's bathroom is filthy. The tables are dirty. The syrup containers had sticky syrup running over on the outside of the container. I smelled cigarette smoke coming from the kitchen area. The state should investigate this place. It reeks of violations, violations, violations. Then they overcharged my debit card. The total was $11.58 and I gave the server a cash $4 tip. My debit card was charged for over $16. Pay cash and if you do not, beware...check your bank statement and dispute any overcharges. Surely, you can find a better iHOP.

Worst experience in dining, they didn't bring my whole order and then charged me for food I didn't get. Never ever go to this place.

Giving 2 stars for the food. The rest of the experience was horrible. The restaurant is unclean. Floors are sticky. Door handles and glass are filthy. Tables and seats are barely wiped off and touching the salt, pepper and syrup is just awful. There was plenty of staff but they were very 'busy' chatting, laughing and looking at their phones. They must do a tremendous take-out business because it takes priority over people sitting in the restaurant. I had to ask for water four times. Our server was nice but not very efficient. If you can overlook all the negative, the food is really good.

Service was very trash, man at front counter did not seat people and made them wait 15-20 min just to be seated..claimed the tables needed to be cleared off but he was just being lazy and wanted to sit on his butt

Horrible, horrible service. They don't have enough staff to accommodate everyone, leading to long wait times and mediocre food. I always have a significant wait at this location, even when they don't have many customers. Servers are always very friendly and helpful, but clearly they're overworked. I've called in a pickup order in advance only to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for someone to hand it to me, and by that point the food was cold.IHOP's upper management need to start paying their employees more so they can have a staff to actually run their restaurants. Maybe then I'll start eating there again. Until then, hard pass.

Server was nice, but there is only one in the entire restaurant. So service is so SLOW!!! People are walking out because of wait time. I feel sorry for the poor server. One server and one cook at 11:30

I really wanted to give this location a chance again but my experience was not good at all. I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 11:15am. I got there and the waiting area was full of people but there was no host. I waited and waited, got the order at 11:30am but was incomplete so I had to wait some more to get the drink I had ordered (orange juice) ended up leaving the place at around 11:45, to my surprise what I got is the complete opposite of what was ordered: A bacon temptation omelette, i added two pictures for reference, you take a look and tell me if they look remotely alike. Mind you, this was a one person order that costed $17.73 but looks like I got it from the closest cookout.

My experience was wonderful! Unfortunately, there was only one person back there but he was cooking all right! He was super friendly to me and my family and it was really delicious. It was my first time trying IHOP.
