Food and service was great but I was disappointed that they no longer serve grits. Grits have been a long time breakfast staple in the South and several other breakfast establishments in the local area still serve them which may cause me and my family to alter our breakfast plans
The hostess / hostess did not acknowledge us for @ least 10 min d/t processing to go orders. The waitress was good but seemed spread too thin. Floor was dirty with a swept pile under the table next to us the entire time we were there.
Short staffed but service was not hindered
IHOP offers vegetarian options including vegan choices and veggie omelets. The restaurant has convenient parking and provides good breakfast options for children. However, the service can be improved and the music volume adjusted. The team seems to be working hard, but could benefit from consistent staffing.
