Everything around is very dirty, as if it has never been cleaned. Even the spoons and forks had food leftovers from previous guests, and when I asked to change them, they were not very happy. As for the food, my steak was oversalted. This was my first and last visit.

Decided to meet a small group of friends to reveal the gender of our baby. Yes I get it was a Friday night but the service was very disappointing. We picked here because we normally have good experiences. The manager on this shift was Amazing though she came and engaged at the table. Our server Sam was not attentive any time we would say something he would run off and we couldn’t finish saying what we needed. Very dry sense of humor no personality terrible customer service. We ordered drinks that took forever to get drinks came out right before the food. The shaker on my margarita top was stuck the top was sticky needed to be washed!!!!! I ordered broccoli with cheese it came out with no cheese they took my plate back and microwaved it. Partner ordered a med well steak it was well done same as my nieces steak. Very disappointed all in all over the whole dinner for such a beautiful reason to gather together!!!!!!!

I love their food. My friend mentioned they heard the salmon was really good there. I'd been wanting some and had recently had a steak, so that's the way I went. It sounded good on the menu, but it was a big disappointment to me. This particular dish is why I gave it three stars. Normally they're spot on, of course with their steaks. Btw, the porterhouse is awesome and I have plenty to bring home. To me it's worth the price.
I really hate writing bad reviews but what happened here tonight was unacceptable. My friend and I reserved a seat here, and waited about half an hour. While we third the waitlist, we got a text telling us to go in, which we did. After standing there for a few minutes, my friend asked when we would be able to be seated. The girl at the front was very passive aggressive, and essentially blamed us for not hearing them call our name. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize about it. And I understand if someone is a no show, but we literally walked in right when we got the text. What a joke! Won’t be back.

Was with a group from church. Slow to refill drinks. They were taking meal orders before finishing drink orders around the table. Soup was good but got appetizer last. Baked potato was huge, asparagus was delicious so was the shrimp and salmon. Not suggest taking large groups, they got confused easily.

They so slack this my Third time coming ordered food came when food was estimated to be ready still had wait 15 mins for food that wasn’t hot barely warm the thick black waitress had my food sitting when it wasn’t even packed I’m Definitely gonna change locations for sure now and no lobster tails? They making longhorn look bad as a franchise the severs act like you suppose beg them to serves you or get your food

Served a rare burger when medium well was requested. It wouldnt have been an issue if it wasnt for the horrible way the manager handled the situation. Our server was extremely kind and courteous but when the manager brought back the new correctly cooked burger she tried to justify the rare burger telling us thats just how medium burgers look. After explaining it was ordered medium well she tried doubleing down and began being argumentative to the point of chastising and giving us a lesson on cook temps. I would reccomend this place as long as they fire the manager.
