The sandwich was made Fresh. Bread was perfect!! 3 shrimp spring rolls for $6 is a steal. They were huge and made fresh. Customer service was very polite and greeted me when I entered. Inside is small and outside has 2 tables to sit and dine. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend this place. No complaints.

Lula Banh Mi is a fantastic spot for banh mi enthusiasts! Their sandwiches stand out, especially due to the incredibly fresh bread that's both crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The meats are equally impressive—perfectly seasoned and cooked to juicy perfection. Whether it's the tender grilled pork or their homemade head cheese , every bite is a delightful experience. The combination of fresh ingredients and traditional flavors makes Lula Banh Mi a must-visit when I visit.

The place is very small, but that is fine because I was not dining in. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and provided quick service. I ordered a grilled pork banh mi sandwich to go.
I have probably eaten literally hundreds of these sandwiches from countless restaurants in my life.
The french bread is solid. The pork marinade seasoning is good. I'm not exactly sure what goes into their grilled pork, but the consistency of the meat is mushy as opposed to char grilled pork. My guess is that the meat is over marinated which is dissolving the meat. In addition, the pork is overly fatty. These things combined gave me the feeling I was eating raw pork. I forgot to take a picture, but you can see this in other people's posts. I hope they read this comment and make changes.

I enjoyed this place from very first interaction with the staff. Everybody is friendly, place is all new and clean, and the food is just fantastic. I ordered #2 Grilled Pork Banh Mi and Bahn Bao (ask them to warm it up). Bahn Mi looks like a sandwich, in my case it had pork, cabbage, jalapeño and piece of cucumber served inside fresh white bread. Bahn Bao is pork, sausage and egg boiled inside dough. The food looked and tasted outstanding, if you ever wanted to try Vietnamese food - Lula Bahn Mi is a great place to finally do it!

Good Vietnamese food at a reasonable price. Bubble tea is terrible. I like the Banh Mi here the most--crispy baguette with fresh and sizable fillings. Portion of the vermicelli dishes is a little small for the price.

It's a small restaurant, mainly meant for takeout rather than dining in.

You're not going to find a better vegetarian/vegan option for a sandwich in Charlotte than their Lemongrass Tofu, it was great.
