Incredible experience across the board! Got the Lychee fruit tea which the cashier recommended with honey Boba and let me tell you...GET IT! We got egg rolls, fish cake and grilled pork sandwiches and tried a bun. Everything was so hot and fresh, the sandwiches were a lot bigger than what we were expecting. We saved the bun and egg rolls for last and they were still scalding hot and fresh. The meats were marinated, juicy, and well seasoned. This is Vietnamese food done right!

Lula Banh Mi is my favorite part of my week! My office orders and the food is always excellent, the service is fantastic, and the price is unbelievable! You get so much food for the price!

I get the tofu banh mi after my vegetarian friend tried it and I LOVE it! The regular pork banh mi is awesome, and the chicken banh mi is fantastic, but there's something special about their tofu - and I normally don't even eat tofu! The spring rolls and egg rolls are also always great.

Service is outstanding! I recommend this restaurant for everyone in the Pineville, Indian Land, South Charlotte area!

I was excited to visit this bakery, but the experience was soured by the unfriendly service. The young gentleman working the front seemed grumpy and unwelcoming, and the other employee, a lady, also appeared unhappy. I understand Saturday mornings can be tiring, but a simple smile or greeting goes a long way. The lack of warmth from the staff made me feel like I was a bother rather than a valued customer.

Ordered mango and honeydew boba tea (smoothie blend) a grilled pork banh mi and vermicelli noodle bowl. Loved that they use syrup and not powder for the boba tea! Banh mi was bussin' and noodle bowl had lots of meat! Great experience!

There are a couple of benches inside to wait for your order, a high top table to eat inside and two outside tables. If you’re going with more than 4 people you might need to take it to go.

Every ingredient is packed with flavor. The meat is savory, the vegetables sweet, the jalapeños spicy and the bread crunchy. The sauce is pure umami.

The taro milk tea was delicious as well. I will go again.

They have another location at Arboretum that has more seating and options. Definitely try either of them.

Very rude customers service there's is a young lady she is very nice but the young the young such rude attittude!

By far the best classic Bahn Mi I’ve had. Bread was super fresh and apparently made in house, combined with in house meats and pickles veg. Good combination.
Only thing I could ask for is a bit more protein filling upon each order.

But definitely on my list of go-to list each time in near pineville or Arboretum.

Went in for some small bites at this cute little place. The place is more set up for takeout. However, there is a long bench table with 4 chairs where you can sit and eat while looking out the front of the store. Also 2 little round tables outdoors. Love the colorful aesthetics. I tried some delicious springrolls and refreshing iced Jasmine milk tea.

Came here to grab some something brothy, savory and full bodied. The Bun Bo Hue broth was very clean and light which was a completely different experience for me. Never knew that Bun Bo Hue could be so light. The summer roll is also great too. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something refreshing and light that won’t leave you feel heavy. Will be returning back!

Had a pork bang mi sandwich. And some Bobo tea, the food was very good, especially the bread. The sandwich was in was excellent. It was crispy on the outside, but still pretty light and fluffy. Definitely a good place to come eat.
Has some outdoor seating as well

All the toppings were carelessly scattered on the Banh Mi making them all fall down within the bag itself. No care towards assembling or the thought on how any customer can eat something that’s so carelessly made.
