Decent food for a mall food court. The shrimp was over cooked, but that is often the case. They don't provide water cups. Pad Thai was pretty good. Very generous portion and served fresh.

I’ve never had Thai food and was offered a sample. It was so good, I ordered the Bangkok chicken. It was so flavorful but not salty. I let my family who ordered from a diff restaurant try it; they loved it as well and said they wish they had ordered some. I would recommend and will be visiting again.

Ruby Thai in Carolina Place Mall serves up really good Thai food. Had their shrimp fried rice, lemon pepper chicken, spicy bourbon chicken and Phad Thai - everything was fresh and tasty. Nice spot to grab lunch while shopping at the mall. Worth checking out if you're in Pineville!
