New favorite spot in alley 51. My bf got the pork bahn mi and I got their veggie pho, both were delicious and portions were sizable! Definitely will be coming back.

Delicious and with veggie pho option

I’ve had the pho twice. The broth was ok but the rice noodles were way overcooked, almost mushy. I don’t think it’s worth almost $17.

Loved the Bhan Mi and the Summer Rolls. Didn't like the 3% charge for using a credit card. Its located in Alley 51, a foodhall with many choices, they have ample parking and lts of tables.

I love the Pho here but little concerned with the hot soup served in plastic bowl.

I got a a pork bahn mi and it was honestly the best bahn mi I’ve had in the Charlotte area. I’m from Seattle and was missing the fresh flavor that comes with them. The bread was soft and toasty, vegetables were fresh and crunchy, pork was delicious and the aioli was really really good.

I've lost track of how many times I've had pho here. Some of the best broth! Recently tried the banh mi and it was also great. Fresh bread, great portions.

We only got apps, summer rolls and the sweet chili wings. Summer rolls were good, hard to go wrong with those. The star of the show were the wings!!! The sauce, size, crispness… perfection!

I feel like the summer rolls at least need some mint or something for flavor, these were just shrimp and lettuce. I paid $6.50 for this.
First off how do you undercooked rice noodles in Pho?...my pho noodles was not cook at all...pho was average and let's not about the summer roll...this place is trash

My first trip to Alley 51 Food Court and choosing Saigon Cafe was a win! I wanted something different from the usual Pho, and chose the Spicy Beef and Pork Noodle Soup. It is not very spicy at all, but the flavor is excellent, exactly what I wanted. It comes with chili oil on the side and a baggie of pho toppings: bamboo shoots, herbs, and lime. It comes with a variety of pork and beef meats, some of which may not be appetizing to all customers. I wasn't in the mood for a lot of meat, and they were more than happy to omit the ones I didn't want. The brisket was tasty and not fatty. There were a lot of noodles, more than I needed. Next time I'll ask them to include less if possible. The price was perfectly reasonable for such a quality soup. I also had the shrimp summer rolls and they were delicious, along with the sauce. Seating was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Plenty of parking when I was there for lunch on a weekday. Will be back!
