Visited Vindhu on Wheels after a long drive, and I was honestly shocked (in the best way!) by how good the food was. Street style indian food is not easy to find, but these guys nailed it, the taste took me right back to India. I tried their Chicken Frankie, noodles, keema fried rice, and a few tiffins as well, and the flavors were consistently spot on across everything. Truly impressive and highly recommended!
OKAY YALL!!! This little food truck is so wonderful, everyone serving food is so sweet! Also the food?? It's amazing all freshly cooked to order, and good pricing and good portions! I'm a bit on the weak side with spices (comparable to mild hot sauce is what I like). Their spice doesn't linger for a long time though which is great!
