Not terrible but very close to it! We get there, the guy behind the counter/cook was super friendly! The girl serving us, was ALL OVER THE PLACE! We got the food and coffee at the same time (no cream, no utensils)! We had to ask for it! She forgot half the order ( we had to ask for it)! I asked for a Sprite ( had to remind 5m after, once again she forgot)! I mean if you don’t have your head on the job, don’t work at all! Don’t recommend to anyone, there is TONS of better Waffle Houses anywhere in US, avoid this one!

WHAT??? I have frequented Waffle House in all the States that have them, including our local Rock Hill SC ones. Breakfasts are good and the staff is friendly, even conversational. NEVER have I experienced such a crazy place! We were at this location to have lunch with friends that were passing through from Florida to Canada.
After sitting for minutes, we asked for menus. The server threw 2 menus on the table...there were 5 of us. She asked no questions about beverages or such...just left. When she returned, she took our orders along with beverages. Then she placed 7 sets of utensils for the 5 of us. The beverages came after the meals were served.
The worst of this smile-less interaction was the goings-on on the other side of the counter. Our server, the cook and the manager were continuously arguing and yelling at each other. Our friend asked them if this was a bad time and whether we should come back in 20 minutes. They ignored him and kept arguing. I just had to give a $2 tip for the entertainment. WOW!

Had to give a star to do a review first of all the server come to our table with his hands on our silverware I asked for plastic OK we ordered. I plainly say it no cheats so he brought the food out. Of course I had cheese on my food. He had to take it back and when he brought my food back, the food was cold. How do you serve cold grits? The service was terrible. The food was terrible. I would not recommend this waffle house to customers and I do believe in tipping, but with this server, he did not deserve a tip.

I am visiting from Indiana. This has got to be one off your best units. Extremely friendly, great breakfast. Manager totally under control, reminding crew to be friendly and hospitable. My eggs were a perfect over medium. I am extremely impressed. When I come over to the Carolinas, I wibreakfast. make time for a GREAT breakfas. Wow! Ps. Cleanliness was also on point everyone sweeping and keeping busy doing side work.

Organization is awesome. Service great. Came to the restaurant when it Was packed. Got To watch a well run organization. Amanda my server was wonderful. Talked to the manager John and told him how great the organization was!!! Definitely recommend!!!!
