My well over medium eggs were more like well over well. It's very chaotic at this location. One girl was getting scolded amongst all of this, and I had to go ask for my check as my waitress seemed a little over whelmed and distracted.

Being busy is never the problem. But when you take over 20 minutes to tell someone how long it will take for their food to be prepared that is just ridiculous. I have been standing here waiting for the same lady to tell me when my food will be ready. And instead of answering me, she tells the group of people behind me to move up so they can be served. I was ignored and she had been yelling asking the cooks the same question about my meal and she has received no response. Unprofessional and messy institution.

Supposed to be open 24-7 but not on 10/27. At 2:00 am the waitress stated that "we were closing, we just got slammed and no negotiations." Poor little waitstaff can't handle the crowd!! This location needs a whole new team of dedicated people.

Worse and grossest experience I've ever had at a waffle house. Ran to the restroom as soon as I got there and opened the bathroom to a passed out employee on the toilet (won't say names for privacy). I then tell who I assume is the manager, and she goes to check on the employee. They both come out and go back to their business. The employee is the only one wearing a mask, and you can clearly tell there is something wrong. She has trouble picking up the bucket of waffle batter. She is swaying while standing, and she is moving super slow. She goes to pour a cup of milk and almost passes out again. She then misses the cup and pours milk onto the counter. She also pulls her mask down and either rubs or scratches her nose with an ungloved hand and goes back to cooking waffles. I'm not annoyed with the lady cause I know people can be in rough times where you are forced to work while sick but if you are feeling bad enough to pass-out and then almost pass out again you should go home. It is also management's fault for not sending her home and allowing a sick employee to cook and serve food. We also didn't receive our drinks until our food was being brought out to us. I didn't get my waffle until everyone else was done eating and never received my toast, but I was just so ready to leave that I didn't care about toast.
I used to work here to play seems way cleaner than it used to be right after I stopped working there. The current staff seemed very friendly.

Big Ci Ci was great.. she took good care of me and the 7 others in the party as well as other guest in the dining room ( they were pretty busy). She got all the orders right and checked on us multiple times. The food was good too, but she gave excellent service!

Love this location... the employees seem to love their jobs, very friendly, quick service, and the food is delicious. If you aren't there to get breakfast I recommend the double Angus burger with cheese and side of plain hashbrowns. Its my favorite late night dinner!

Power is out in Charlotte and they have full power. There was 2 people in the restaurant and came up with 10 item scaled down menu.
While all the other restaurants around had waiting lines. Bad management won’t go back to that one for sure
