Cheesy eggs were overcooked. Not supposed to have brown in eggs. Bacon was overcooked as well. Very hard. Almost worried I would crack a tooth. Likely never return to this WH.

Every once in a while you need a Waffle House. Same as the occasional craving of street food, back to thw basics. And this Waffle House does not disappoint. For its category of food its perfect!

i came in today to a completely empty restaurant, only one person ordering at the bar. you would think that would allow the one employee in there to provide better service to us. the one cook that was on the line didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in and failed to see that we had even sat down. it felt as though we were disturbing HER. she didn’t say a word to the current customer trying to order at the bar. 0/10 atmosphere, service, everything. this isn’t the waffle house energy i know and love :(. not one to usually leave a bad review but i was thoroughly disappointed.

Went the other day .. around 8pm sat down and nobody approached us. Then when they finally decided to said they was ready to go home and didn’t want to work !! Horrible customer service!! I would never go back !!

Me & my grandmother stopped Waffle House to have a little food for the afternoon. We sat down & a young short black lady with red hair “Gabby” was pacing back & forth in the kitchen. She asked us if we were dining in or taking out & we chose to dine in. IMMEDIATELY she began to slam dishes around as if she had an attitude with us choosing to dine in. She never asked us if we wanted drinks during the entirety of our stay. We had to tell her we were ready to order instead of her approaching us to see if we were ready because she was on her phone. We got plastic for both of our meals! 30 mins later another couples walks in to dine in and they get actual*** plates with actual*** metal silverware. I love coming to Waffle House but this was a very disappointing experience.

It's not like you expect a lot from Waffle House, but red haired employee ran into the building after smoking some dank to tell us that they were closed for shift change while chef was still cooking in the back. We got no food, atmosphere full of blunt smoke and employee's don't want to work.
