I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager by the name of Alex and the experience I had was very successful, he took my order into consideration and applied everything I wanted to add with no additional charges. The staff has great customer service and always makes a way to take care your ordering needs with a positive attitude. When a restaurant excels in both food and service, it creates a dining experience that people want to return to and recommend to others. “Loved eating here! Visiting from out of town and stopped in on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised by the wait time, friendliness/ service, food quality, atmosphere, pricing… all of it! We got 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and Carolina gold boneless wings and both were phenomenal! Would 100% recommend this place! Also, Gluten free cauliflower crust was available.“

“We had the BEST time at Mortemiers before the Duke Mayo Bowl. We had a large group of WVU and UNC fans, and we had great food, drinks, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I can’t say enough about the staff and a big shout out to Sammie for being awesome!“

“I didn’t want to say I don’t recommend… however I don’t think I will be going back. Very nice vibe, the stuff was accommodating. My problem comes in about my order. They had to remake it and it still wasn’t correct. I cannot understand how you mess up twice on a salad. I felt the energy change the second time around. Even though they were polite it felt forced. They read it back both times and failed both times. For 65 dollars for 3 salads it should’ve been done correctly. I’ve had better experiences for cheaper and I’m a foodie!“

“I reached out to the owner for catering on a private event. The professionalism was phenomenal. The staff was so hospitable, beyond kind, and super friendly. Everyone at the event commented on the food, stating it was seasoned very well and bursting with flavor. The brussel sprouts and Philly Cheese steak wrap were a big hit with the crowd. Portion was really unbeatable for the price. Couldn't have asked for a better food truck to cater our event. I highly recommend wrap n roll and look forward to visiting the truck again“

“Tried to go to another brewery down the road only to find they were serving an all vegan menu :(. A quick google search and we found HotBox, and boy am I glad we did! The food was so amazing, especially the burger! The beer was tasty, and the beertenders were on top of things! This is one of our new favorite spots in Concord. If you haven't been yet, definitely go!“
