There are people working but they don't have anything prepared! So when you come to order, the only thing they say is, we literally don't have anything prepared and they make excuses saying, "I'm getting to my turn," everyone tells you the same thing 👎🏽

Worst experience ever!!! They made my sub from my online order and they put marinara sauce on it. I didn't select it and said we would like it remade. They refused. The manager would not give a refund OR remake the sub because it automatically comes with marinara sauce and I should indicate I don't want it. That's fine I can do that next time, BUT to refuse to make it the way their website said it came with is completely unacceptable and the WORST customer service. Completely unacceptable and a rip off!!!!!!

They are very bad at answering the phone when customers try to call and place an order or if they have a question about something not on their website. Not only do people not want to work but apparently they cash even answer a phone. I understand being busy but your not that busy at 8pm on a Monday that you have multiple workers there but not one can pick up the phone.
