Went through the drive-through and was met with attitude right off the bat. Then when I asked for a sauce on the side and asked for the cup kind because she asked, she then proceeded to tell me she knew what “on the side meant” very condescendingly. Discussing service.

Unfortunately we just left the drive through. We were greeted with a unfortunately we do not have any chicken or beef right now. My husband let the gentleman know that's ok just give us a second to figure out the order. 2 minutes past while my husband and I figured out what we could order with the limited menu. The gentleman on the speaker goes is there anything I can explain about the menu. My husband responds no I'm sorry my wife is just trying to see the menu over my truck just a few minutes. The gentleman on the speaker then goes well you can come inside the lobby is open our drive through is timed so I need you to order. We needed maybe 30 more seconds to order only because 1 over half the menu is beef and chicken and seeing the menu in a truck in the small drive through is hard. Would not go back

Employees are friendly and working hard in spite of a challenging situation. Owner needs to repair dining room soda machine and broken order screen. There is only one screen where dining room customers place their orders. Long wait times are not the employees fault.

All the employees behind the counter were laughing constantly and making jokes. It's not the type of behavior I expected when dined at a Taco Bell or any other public restaurant.

Terrible. Employees where yelling at each other. Food came out cold, and soggy. 10 min wait at the drive thru window. Never going back.

Went through the driveway today with a coworker, got back to work and was missing her burrito. Trip all the way back down there, went in and told them that I was missing a burrito. Nobody apologized. They just turned around and called back and told them to make the burrito. While I was waiting, I asked if she could top off my slushy,she said no.
I said look, I just drove 15 minutes to work to find out that you didn’t put a burrito in my bag, drove 15 minutes back down here and you can’t even top off my slushy? So she called the manager over and I told him the story he said, it sounds like you got an attitude! I said yes I have an attitude I just lost 45 minutes of time off work because you guys did not fulfill my order. I asked if you could just top off my slushy which was halfway gone and she said no. he said no we can’t do that. I said that’s the least you could do and once again, he said I had an attitude. I said you know not once did you guys apologize for messing up my order! He turned around and walked away. 12/4/24

Girl in drive thru was talking the whole time and gave me 2 drinks that tasted like water instead of soda she was more interested in talking to the workers then doing her job i love Taco Bell but if there going to not care about there customers I won’t return

The older lady that runs the drive thru specifically 10/26/24 was making comments the whole time we were there. Walked in 10 mins after placing a mobile order and a few mins roll by multiple people standing inside and she keeps looking over at everyone and finally says “are y’all here for DoorDash, mobile order, or do you need to order” we say mobile order. She doesn’t bother to ask who for so we assume they’ll just place it on the mobile order rack. A few minutes roll by and she makes the comment to her coworkers “I’m surprised people have been so nice today usually people are rude on days like this” she’s referring to being short staffed.
15 more mins roll by and 2 walk ins after us ordered and got their food ate and left. So I ask how much longer on our order. She asks who it’s for and she says we don’t see that order. Finally finds it a couple minutes later and says “y’all aren’t checked in that’s why. You are supposed to check in on the app or tell us when you get here” I wasn’t aware about checking in on the app but confirmed that’s inaccurate because the app tells us to tell you the name on the order when we arrive. And I said to her I told you we had a mobile order and you didn’t bother asking the name on it you just said okay and turned around.
A few minutes rolls by and she makes the comment “I take back what I said earlier” her coworkers say “what?” And she says “you know” clearly referring to the customers not being rude comment.
We were far from being rude. I never once raised my voice or said anything implying that I was angry.
To top it all off they left parts of our meal out.
Was hard to pick through everything before leaving because everything was just thrown in the bag chips spilled everywhere etc.

Do better.
