I'd like to say that my visit here went well, but that would be dishonest. As a few other reviews mentioned, upon entering the shop, no one greets you, the employees look as if your presence is burdensome, and general conversation is null. That, however, is not the whole reason for the one star. The coffee. It is AWFUL. I ordered a mocha frappe, and I walked away without trying it first. It. Was. Disgusting. It tasted of sour milk and water, zero flavor except maybe a hint of burnt coffee, and it was entirely a waste of $7. Perhaps their other coffee would be good, I guess I'll never know. Just don't get the frappe. You'll be sad the whole ride home. Oh, and a simple "have a good day" would go a long way to cure the employees' sour disposition.

This is a real coffee house for people who really like coffee! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about coffee and their roasting process, it is so refreshing to order coffee from people who know and care about coffee. The coffee is delicious, definitely recommend. The scone I ordered was good but not as good as the coffee.

I’ve never felt more burdensome to a staff then when I’m here. Every time I come here the crew never says hello and acts put out that I’m there. They aren’t rude at all, they just mope around and don’t speak to you. Then it takes foreverrrrrr to get your drink. I’ve been here probably five times in the last 6 months and I’m not sure why a black iced coffee and a basic almond milk latte takes 20 minutes. There’s no music playing and the atmosphere is so awkward just standing around watching baristas with no urgency. The location is great but the service needs serious improvement. The coffee is good but Davenports is right down the street and has way better service.

I was a sceptic due to the low price , however the coffee was excellent! The service was very friendly as well! Rare to find good coffee in the minimal way I enjoy it but they delivered!

We go here at least once a week. The coffee is well made and always tasty. There are lots of regular customers, the staff is kind, and aside from a small selection of food items that sometimes runs low or out - it's an excellent coffee shop.

This coffee shop has been my go to for a good bit. The atmosphere and employees are just the best. Its chill and everyone is super friendly, and very knowledgable. Their website is super easy to use and I have always gotten exactly what I asked for (this is through at least 100+ trips so its saying something :) ) their location is great right outside of pittsboro proper with plenty of parking. If you are traveling through PBO and you need a cop of coffee this is the place.

This place has no personality, closes down randomly, and the coffee is only tolerable. The staff person was nice but I don’t think that’s enough to get me to go back.
