My favorite Mexican restaurant! Food is delicious and all the staff are so friendly, polite, and professional. Love this place!

I did not realize this was a chain until just the second. I thought it was a mom and pop. But we are so happy to be here. Everything was delicious. We’re from Arizona so we know Mexican Food lol! The salsa was fabulous. The margaritas were generous and delicious. The weight staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The music was just loud enough. And the famous tacos Birria were perfection.

The food is outstanding, and the service is top-notch. That's what makes the U.S. an outstanding country. The diversity, other cultures, and food. America is already great because of it.

Service was exceptionally fast. You barely sit down and your plate of nachos arrives. The waiter is prompt to get your drink and dinner orders. I had the Pollo Loco and it was delicious. All ingredients were fresh.

So far, my wife and I have eaten here about four times. We went there when it first opened and if I had rated it then, it would have received about two stars. It was chaotic and the food was not very good. On subsequent visits, the food has greatly improved.
On this visit, I had the pork carnitas tacos which were perfectly prepared and served on open corn tortillas. An additional topping or two would be welcome, but the meat was delicious. I recommend pairing them with the Black beans and get the melted cheese as your second side. It's great on both the carnitas and the black beans.
My wife ordered the California burrito which she let me sample and it was really good. We shared the large guacamole which was tasty, but we made the mistake of saying yes to the jalapeños. There were so many diced up in it that it overpowered what would have otherwise been an outstanding dish. On the plus side, they did let us order it without cilantro which I despise.
They are very accommodating to special preparation requests.
We will definitely be returning to sample more dishes served by well trained staff.

I don't drink when out so I cannot rate the drinks, but from what I could see the portions were very generous, and they'd put some kind of light in the glass so the drinks glows - what's not to love?
I do wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service. Our server was extremely attentive! He was always there before I needed him.
The food is certainly about the best I've had in Pittsboro. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Came in for the first time today and the food was so good! The employees were so kind and helpful! I was also surprised at how cheap it was, especially compared to other places that serve Mexican food around here. This place has great food and service and I highly recommend checking out Aye Toro! :)

Delicious and fresh food here. Excellent refried beans. Service was great. Not too loud with plenty of space, including outdoor seating. We enjoyed our fun margaritas with lighted ice cubes.

We wanted to have a burrito party at our home and the aye toro team worked with us to customize a large order of burritos and it was perfect, delicious and very fairly priced and they even custom wrapped the burritos. Great place to dine out and take out too!!

My family and I stumbled upon this restaurant after a five hour walk with grandchildren at the zoo. I have been to many many Mexican restaurants, and I highly recommend this place. The food was absolutely delicious. Every single thing from the drinks to the appetizers was delicious.
