Carolina Brewery & Grill

My son chose Chatham Mills at Forest Hall in Pittsboro for his wedding venue and wanted the perfect place for a congratulatory pre-party that was family friendly and beautiful too!
Well, Chelsea Emerine, your event planner, made it happen. I told her what we were wanting and she made it happen. We chose the outdoor patio with the lights for our party. It was perfect and everyone enjoyed mingling among themselves while enjoying the wonderful taco bar layout and drinks!
Also, I huge shout out to Lillian, Malik and Teagan. They were amazing servers and also chipped in to help with decorating and cleanup.
Thank you each and everyone for making the evening so wonderful for my son, Stephen, and his new wife, Brooke!

While in the neighborhood, we went to the Pittsboro location.
We placed a burger and some chips order. It was cooked to perfection, and every flavor was perfect.
The bun was warm and incredibly soft. It's always good to get fresh cut fries as well.
Excellent cuisine and a wonderful ambiance. They also offer sitting outside.
An excellent experience all around.

Katelyn was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The brewery tour was super insightful

Katelyn was absolutely fantastic! She anticipated our needs, and offered great suggestions. Add that to great food and beer and you've got a winning combination. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is a solid 4-stars, I recommend you give it a try! The good: lots of good food choices on the menu; awesome atmosphere, especially the outdoor patio. The less good: glacially slow service, extremely limited beer menu - only seven brews. I'm hoping we caught them on an off day regarding slow service. We waited 20 minutes to be seated on the patio that was 90% unoccupied, and only got seated when we reminded the hostess we were still waiting, to which she replied, "Oh, I can seat you right away." We'll definitely be back in spite of this.

Parking: Parking is plentiful but very "busy." The restaurant lot is very small, the adjacent lot to other stores is plentiful, but both are very cramped. Maneuver with care.

We had our office meeting in the upstairs room and would like to say everything was great and a kudos to our server Kaitlyn.

I love this place. Its beautiful, its fun, its welcoming. But lets talk about those SHRIMP AND GRITS OH MY GOD THATS THE BEST SHRIMP AN GRITS IVE EVER HAD!

Stopped here for a quick meal. Clean and spacious dining area. Great service. They have a very nice outdoor dining area where they also have live music acts. The beer is tasty, too! Their XXX hot wings are not very spicy at all, but they were still very good. The tacos are really good. The burrito bowl is very good, too.

Ordered two chicken burrito bowls with black beans and rice...got delivered these sloppy, very poorly packaged, sorry excuses for food...with chips instead of my beans and rice...last strike for me Carolina Brewery...will NEVER be a customer again.

-Kid friendly especially the patio area. the kids chicken tenders are actually really good. It’s the only kid meal at a restaurant my kid will eat all of

-Good costumer service with a variety of foods all of which are 3/5 or higher

- we love their drink specials, especially mojitos and mimosas

- close ish to town but not down town. Decent amount of parking and space

- fair pricing (may be a bit pricey to feed a large family)

Pretty good burger. I had the local burger, made with all local ingredients (hence the name). It was cooked well, and everything on it pairs together really nicely. The bun is super soft and warm. They have fresh cut fries, as well, which is always nice. Overall a good experience. I have been back a few times already.
