This is one of my favorite bakeries I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. It is family run and you can watch them creating all their goodies! There is this coconut pie/pudding/bar that makes me literally go MMMMMM out loud. I have gotten many people addicted to this bar and the other bakery items. We went with Carolina Cravings for our wedding cake and it was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning! The taste testing session was very helpful and they gave us so many options between cake, frosting and creams, cake style, and so on. We got a 4 tier that served up to 150 guests and it was more than enough! This bilingual bakery in the heart of downtown Pittsboro is truly a gem! Everyone is friendly and kind, and you can see the artisans at work hand crafting delicious treats. They serve coffee from local Vortex Roasters, but the hot chocolate is my go-to order. Discover American bakery classics plus some Latin American pastries and desserts, including Tres Leches Cake and Conchas.
