This is my favorite coffee shop in Pittsboro because the coffee has a great bitter taste. I buy the espresso beans. They cost more because the quality is superb. Cafe diem smells so good you will keep coming back for more. Enjoy! I have not eaten there. They do provide butter for my coffee upon request. I am happy with their accommodating my needs

Good coffee and tea, including some rare finds. Baked goods made in-house. The decor is fantastic, lots of unique pieces. Looks like a robust event calendar also, lots of things I'd love to check out. And there's a book exchange cabinet outside!

We stopped in for coffee and a snack. The decor is steam punk. Very fun! We both had Americanos which we enjoyed. Nice and hot with no bitterness. We also tried the tomato pie. We sat at one of their outside tables because it was near closing time. We got there just 10 minutes before they closed and the staff person was still friendly and helpful as she took our order.
