Stopped in Saturday at noon at opening. Purchased a tour/tasting on Groupon. Spent almost an hour there viewing the barrel room and the bottling cave. Rob was our host and was very knowledgeable about all processes. He is truly an asset to the company. The tasting was great and made a few purchases after that. Excellent time spent there.

A short drive outside of Raleigh to Pittsboro but definitely worth the trip. We originally went for the meadery then realized it was in this mini town with not only the brewery but a cider, distillery, meadery and restaurants. And that's not even the best part, FREE ELECTRIC SCOOTERS to ride. There are also bikes but the scooters were a it hit with us. They go super fast and no worrying about cars because the parking lot is completely out of the way and the paths are paved in between buildings. The drinks inside were delicious and the staff was friendly. My family and I went the day after Christmas when it wasn't too busy, I'm sure away from the holidays it becomes a busier atmosphere with tons of fun. They have local ciders and beers and a huge chess board outside as well. Along with the brewery they have their own farm to table restaurant. If you have a free day or afternoon I high recommend to go spend some time at fair game and the other options in the little town as well.

Nice little distillery in an area with a brewery and a cider house. The liquors made here are decent (we loved the amber rum and pepper vodka), Show mature profiles, but the mixed drinks at the bar are super sugary and over the top sweet, which may be for the clientele that was in there (early to mid 20s). Surprising they showcase their product hiding the flavors native to the liquors. Did you like drinks not as sweet, then order things not on their drink menu for more traditional drinks (and less sugar).

We drove out to the Fair Game tasting room for some spirits and fun. It was a ways from Raleigh Durham but thought it would be fun to try. Not impressed with the alcohol. It wasn’t very good and the best tasting drink was from the water cooler. We didn’t try wine or beer so they may be good, but the spirits were not. Maybe they are trying to do to many things at one time. Jack of all alcohol, master of none? The restroom was freaky. There were orange lockers across from the toilet in the stall. I looked in the lockers to make sure there wasn’t a camera before I sat down and used the facilities Who puts a locker in a bathroom??? Plus there was no lock on the stall door. Weird!!! Not a comfortable place to go to the bathroom.
