They always get my order wrong . . . And this is my neighbor Hardee's. I go there several times a week . . . I wish they could get it right . . . I love HARDEE'S ❤️ I grew up eating here. I guess that's why I keep going back . . .

The drive through person is ,almost every visit, very short and rude. The person taking the order rushes you and acts annoyed that you are even ordering food. I don’t need to know about your staffing problems and how big the previous order was when I come through but they will tell you while being annoyed you added to it.

This was the best Hardee's experience I've had yet! The burgers were fresh, fresh tomato, fresh lettuce, fresh buns. Fries were good, customer service was great.

Waited 25 minute in the drive through awaiting someone to talk and serve us. When she came to the comms she was super rude and short. Waited 35 minutes in total in the drive through to get ordered and our food. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else.
Started my day all wrong. Drive thru employee curt. Coffee was lukewarm and no stirstick included for cream and sugar. Lid did not fit and didn't realize it was leaking all over my sweater. My circumstances today are stressful and complicated so I did not need this additional problem. Nobody does.

Please shut this place down. I was just in line with six other cars who all pulled out behind me when I gave up at the window. I have never seen a more incompetent group of people in food service as this hardees restaurant in Pittsboro. Please just shut it down so that A better Business can pop up at its place. I genuinely don't understand why the owner is holding on to it unless it is operating at enough of a loss for them to have a good tax write off.
But for the sake of local people ready for dinner at 7:00 at night.... Please Lord shut this place down.

The manager on duty in the mornings or this morning 1/16/25 was awful. No personality and when I asked for my hashbrowns to be filled up she got pissed l. I work hard too for my money and expect my food to be the best for the price I pay. She is hateful and rude. Need to change professions. Nobody desires this to start their day! Needs training in customer care. Love your job or change it!!
