Absolutely delicious 😋
Best Po Boy I’ve had in years
Bread is perfect crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy in the middle. Shrimp was cooked to perfection. I highly recommended.
Such a fantastic addition to the Plant and to Pittsboro. If you are fan of the classic NOLA Po Boy you have got to stop in. Shrimp, Oyster and Chicken options and some seriously delicious fries.
Kid-friendliness: It’s at the Plant in Pittsboro, so super kid friendly with lots of open spaces. Bad weather would be your only deterrent :(

Great place to get a real po'boy. Got the creek shrimp, it was slappin! The service was great, the presentation of the food was clean and well done and the shrimp themselves were massive and fried perfectly.
