I made the mistake of checking on my meal too soon, thinking theyd just be reheating pre-made patties. They clearly shaped and filled their patties fresh, and I've never been happier to wait for food

No reason to worry, the food is flavorful, the chicken is moist and well spiced that it melts in your mouth while you are vocalizing yummy words!

By far the biggest rip off I’ve ever experienced. Came down for some live music and a beer at The Plant. Got 2 hamburgers off a grill out front, with a Food Lion bun. The burger looked like a hockey puck the bun was awful and they were 30$. Never in my life have I had a worse tasting dry burger. The pork slider was 16$ full of fat, zero flavor and beyond dry. $46 dollars in the trash!
Yum, great traditional Jamaican food. Loved it! Had Curry chicken with cabbage, beans and rice and plantains. Great curry flavor and the chicken just fell off the bones. All was delicious and the portions are big enough to feed two. Wow! Again we loved it!
The jerk chicken rice & peas and plantains were delicious! We sat outside to eat. Great place!

If you love Jamaican food, this place is great! Friendly and wonderful staff. I have always loved Jamaican food, but getting my daughter and friend to try anything new is impossible. I forced them to try the food and now they too, love Jamaican food.

I don’t even know where to begin — this meal was unreal. The jerk chicken? Perfectly charred with just the right amount of heat. Smoky, spicy, juicy. The kind of flavor that lingers in the best way. And the oxtail? Falling-off-the-bone tender, soaked in that rich, savory gravy that I wanted to bottle up and take home.
Don’t even get me started on the sides. The rice and peas were fluffy with that hint of coconut, the plantains were sweet and caramelized just right, and the cabbage had the perfect crunch. Every single bite felt like love and tradition in food form.
This wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Comforting, bold, and full of flavor. If you’ve never had real Jamaican food, this is the bar. Can’t wait to go back!

Hidden Gem!!! Food is Amazing! Has some limited indoor seating and plenty of out door seating located steps from wine, cocktails, beer and sake establishments. I will not say too much... go see and experience this place and its location for yourself.

Kingston 99 Kitchen offers a wide variety of foods from Jamaican cuisine that taste excuisite with flavors just like home. As a Jamaican I found that the hosts were quite welcoming with their warmth and good humor. The eating areas were clean and a small view of the kitchen was available showing a clean station. The restaurant was also easily accessible with sufficient parking space. Overall a place perfect for a family's evening out at a restaurant. I highly recommend!
