Every time I come through here the staff is incredibly friendly and the service is usually speedy! My order is almost always correct even in the midst of a busy lunchtime rush. If I ever do have problems with my order (which is surprisingly rare) they're kind and quick to fix it.

Very Terrible I guess this manager lady is what she is is terrible all she does os stay on her phone I payed FOR 2 sides of Big Mac sauce for her to give me 1 and I said I got 2 she said did you pay for 2 I said yes I payed for 2 she said oh well there’s enough in that 1 to count for to I said whatever then I got a double bacon quarter pounder well I got it with NO bacon on it took it up there I stood there for 15 mins before she came up to me and I said there’s no bacon on this she said you didn’t get bacon so I pulled out the receipt and showed her so they took the burger put bacon on THE SAME BURGER and gave it back so I don’t not recommend this place at allllll
The worst McDonald's in the state! Ordered a Ice coffee and got it and a biscuit I did not order, So I paid for both, when I got to the second window I noticed the receipt and said I never ordered a biscuit! They refunded me the coffee and charged me for the biscuit? I went in the store to tell them and they were so stupid they could not understand what I was telling them. So I'm done with that hole forever! The people who work there definitely show you they can not maintain a job anywhere else.FACT!

As someone who occasionally turns to fast food for convenience, I recently revisited McDonald’s hoping for a quick, satisfying meal. Unfortunately, what I experienced left me not only disappointed but genuinely concerned about the quality and nutritional standards of the food served.
To begin with, the food tasted overwhelmingly salty. Nearly every item—from the fries to the burgers—was saturated with sodium to a point where it dulled any actual flavor. It seems the salt is used more as a crutch to mask the blandness and low quality of the core ingredients. Within an hour of eating, I found myself extremely thirsty, a clear sign of excessive sodium intake. Upon looking up the nutrition facts afterward, I was shocked to learn that a single combo meal can easily surpass half—or even all—of an adult’s recommended daily sodium allowance. That’s not just irresponsible; it’s hazardous, especially for individuals with hypertension or heart concerns.
Equally troubling is the fat content. While one might expect some degree of indulgence from fast food, McDonald’s takes it to a whole other level. The burgers are greasy to the touch, and the cheese seems engineered to ooze fat. Even the chicken items, which are marketed as “healthier” alternatives, are often deep-fried and loaded with oil. The saturated fat levels are alarmingly high across the board. This kind of fat intake contributes to high cholesterol, obesity, and long-term cardiovascular issues. In 2025, when nutritional awareness is supposedly a top priority for most chains, it’s frustrating that McDonald’s continues to ignore these concerns in favor of cheap, addictive formulas.
The food quality itself is subpar. The patties are thin, rubbery, and devoid of any real meat flavor. The buns are overly processed, sugary, and have the texture of spongecake. The fries—once considered iconic—now taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, more oil than potato. Even the salads, the supposed “healthy option,” come drenched in dressing loaded with sugar and fat, negating any potential benefits.
Worst of all, McDonald’s continues to market this food aggressively to children. With colorful toys, playgrounds, and cheerful branding, they’re building unhealthy habits from a young age. At a time when childhood obesity is a growing crisis, McDonald’s should be leading the way in reforming its menu—not doubling down on empty calories and harmful ingredients.

We stopped here for dinner and when we got home we realized that we were missing 2 large fry’s. We couldn’t report the missing items on the app so I’m hoping that this location reaches out to me through this review to correct this mistake.

I ordered my meal and asked for a senior discount, which I get in most McDonalds. She cheated with the manager and she said NO. I waited for ....my number order to come up. There was an order sitting there, but not my number. After everyone was picking up their order ,but not me, I asked about my order and she said it's the one that was sitting there for 15 minutes. Not good.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Gets orders wrong. Always argues at drive thru window. Doesn’t even give out receipts. Skip this place and go to Siler City.
