Today 11/29/25, I stopped at this Subway for the first time while traveling with my family and the Subway employee working was rude from the moment she came to the counter.
The sign said to ring the bell for service, which I did. She came out with an attitude, didn’t acknowledge my greeting, and spoke to me in a stern, irritated tone. Throughout the entire interaction she was dismissive, short, and visibly annoyed. I asked for flatbread, she responded rudely and pointed to an EMPTY side of the counter. I asked for clarification and she said “we have wraps now!) as if it were an inconvenience to answer a simple question.
She slammed items down (my son’s BLT), blew loudly in frustration, put her hand on her hip, and handled everything aggressively to the point that I asked, “Are you okay?” because she was preparing my son’s food. She replied, “Ma’am, don’t ask me that,” and continued with the same attitude. I said I wanted l little lettuce but she kept saying “but what sauce” when I already stated I did not want any!
For context, I was traveling with my family one being my son with ASD who was inside with me at the time and instead of showing any patience, her hostility made it uncomfortable.
What made this stand out even more was the stark difference between the Subway worker and the gas station cashier on the other side of the store, who was polite and professional. It highlighted just how unnecessary and unprovoked the Subway employee’s attitude was.
As a person of color, I also left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
For other POC who may stop here: if you encounter the same worker (on the subway side as it’s connected to the gas station), I strongly recommend recording or documenting the interaction as well for your own records and in case you need to file a complaint.

I just walk in ring the bell like it said and I said hey good afternoon and I did not even get a response back. The lady was rude. She was loud. She slammed my sandwich on the counter after I told her what I wanted and she messed up because she was rushing too fast. Never will I come back here again

I was the only person at the counter when I walked in Sunday after church. The lady at the counter didn't even acknowledge my presence. Conveniently no name tag. She walked in the back and then took several minutes to come back. No smile, no hello!! She kept slamming the bread on the counter as she made the sandwich. Obviously annoyed and angry. Turned her back to me as she toasted the bread. I'm hoping this wasn't racially motivated because I'm black. Whatever the reason, it was completely unnecessary.

food was fine, bread was toasted too long and the sandwich was falling apart becuase the toppings were sort of just throw on haphassardly. the woman working there was extremely rude and gave me weird looks the entire interaction plus the trainee i assume was making my sandwich take forever.

The one staff member was nice but. We ordered through the app for 6pm pickup. Drove 15mins and are told she’s the only one working and is going on break to eat with her friends. Says come back in 25mins and she’ll make the sandwiches. Every subway experience I’ve had the past few months have had issues. The new CEO is doing nothing noticeable to pull the company out of failure. Sad.
Got a subway club salad. They use to cut up the meat and cheese. This time it was all placed on top the lettuce and I asked if she could cut it up. She takes the stuff and starts ripping with her hands! Come on really?! The staff needs better training.

My own experience, I ordered 3 sandwiches there and we all are sick. I got Niagra falls running out my backdoor and the gas from it I'm afraid they may weaponize, on top of that I got to invest in toilet paper stock and Pepto. I should of guessed something was wrong when they don't have a crowd. I'm never going back, unless I'm constipated and close to sepsis.

Every time I come here I order 10-15 minutes ahead before I even get there. When I arrive, even when they have no other orders they are just starting my sub. It’s always an excuse about the wait : bread cooling, just seen the ticket etc. One person at the counter even when it is busy, get this location some help/training please! I rather drive across town to the east st location!

Hardest bread we have ever had at a subway.... sandwich was prepared correctly but it took the clerk nearly 15 minutes to make it. Paid for cookies but they forgot to include them in our bag. Won't be back again....
