Taco bell went above and beyond for us! We were so worried about the 3.1 star (we take rating seriously) they made sure we had everything and more! The food was amazing and everything was just as we ordered it! Extremely nice staff as well!
Why do I come back here (once a year) expecting better things? I was warned about this place when I moved here almost 15 years ago and it hasn’t improved at all. I couldn’t even get into their parking lot this morning (at 11:05am) because their delivery truck (semi) had 95% of the parking lot blocked - including the handicapped spaces! I ordered the $7 box which, on a good day isn’t worth $5! Everything was mostly rolled up fajitas with a little cat food looking meat(?) for flavor. They were out of Baja Blast (95% of the reason I even come here) but don’t fret, I was assured there was more in the truck being unloaded 🤦♂️ Well, I guess I’ll come back in another year to see if things are any better. I’m beginning to realize that I’m more of a KFC/TB masochist than an optimist

Not only did they forget to give us our chips for our guacamole and chips, making us have to pull back in. We got home to realize they gave me a BEEF wrap instead of a black BEAN wrap, I have been vegetarian for 6 years. I took a bite into the crunch wrap to the taste of beef. My stomach has been hurting since. We then had to drive back to the store. After waiting the first time in line for insane amount of time for 3 items. The guy at the front said he couldn’t do anything but give us a bean wrap….. Absolutely disappointing. Careless and poorly ran store. I eat Taco Bell all the time and have never ever had this issue. And will DEFINITELY not be returning.

Came into this Taco Bell over the weekend, dressed in work uniform. Food best ever at any Taco Bell. Put together well. No blob of sour cream anywhere. Everything blended in the burrito perfectly. Service was excellent. Kind and courteous to a tired hard working nurse.
Vegetarian options: Love the black bean burrito.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yep!!

The Staff here is friendly and cordial. I appreciate their kindness. The food comes out pretty good. The only issue I had was I ordered the Cheez-It wrap and not the employees fault at all but when ai but into it and tested it for the first time, my tongue immediately filled for separation from my mouth. My mouth filed an assault and battery charge to my hands, and my brain is thinking about my all my life decisions now.
It was so horrendous to me I would rather sit on a sandpaper flagpole and have it violently removed, but then that doesn't describe it well enough, so let's go diamond encrusted instead of sandpaper.
I love Cheez it's and I love their wraps. I thought wow the best of both worlds! Yeah sorely wrong.
The Cheez-It part is so dry it would make the desert jealous. The rest of the flavors of the crunchwrap do not melt with that.
It tastes like I was eating chalk with garbage container fluid all warm.........😥
I love Taco Bell and I love Cheez-It but separately is much better. Cheez-It in sandwiches now that tastes great. Crunch wraps the way Taco Bell has them taste great minus the Cheez it one.
Anyways if you want to torture your kids and punish them for cursing then by all means buy them this Cheez-It crunch wrap. It will most likely make them think twice about the words coming out of their mouth after they eat it.
Overall staff is awesome, food most of it great, price is okay getting more pricier causing me to visit less, location not bad it was clean, service speed average. Not the fastest but not the slowest.
Parking: About 30 directly around the restaurant about 100 right around their parking lot.

And yes, you will probably be forced to use the drive-thru, because they regularly lock the doors an hour or more before closing.

Just went through Taco Bell in Pittsboro NC wouldn't let me give a zero so I put 1 the service is very rude try to rush you and then when you talk to them they act like your the one with the problem! Ask for a minute to review menu and drive through clerk continued to be rude! Will not go back to Taco Bell in Pittsboro as this is not only the first encounter with this! Hope they get their stuff together!!! Definitely not what KFC/Taco Bell is supposed to be very poor service and rude employees will sink a ship quickly! Beware of KFC/Taco Bell in Pittsboro NC! Good luck once you do get your order that it will wrong is a given!

Doors could use cleaning when slow, first appearance would be better. Sanitation Rating 97.5 ✅ service with a smile ✅ bathroom clean ✅ but could use a deep cleaning in corners and throughout the dining area, the drink/ice machine needs replacing looks gross didn't use that. chicken hot, biscuit fresh hot buttery, cole slaw fresh, good and cold.
