I placed an order on mobile app 13mins before arriving at the store and when I went threw the drive I was asked to pull around I waited for an additional 20mins and this wasn’t even a large order I will not be returning to this location

Stopped by around 8pm to grab dinner, went to door to go in and buy food and it was locked, lady inside waved me away like I was nothing, they are “open until 11” according to the door

My husband and I came inside the restaurant to order our food. Upon entering the lobby there were some workers standing there. When they saw us they hid behind the wall where you couldn't see them . No one said anything to us. We were completely ignored. I even yelled out hello, no response and no one came to serve us. Totally ignorant and unprofessional. This store has a 3.3 rating and it's on the decline even more with the service they don't provide. We left and we definitely won't be coming back. If you care about your customers hire people who are going to do the job right. No integrity here! Take your money elsewhere!

If this location wasn’t convenient to where we live, we would never come here. They never get our order right. Every single employee there needs to be drug tested. Absolutely ridiculous

Always fast, well made, and we never feel gypped like with other TB locations. On one instance of visiting, the manager went out of his way to offer/make me something in place of something that I would have had to wait longer for to cook; I truly appreciate the communication, care and excellent service.

I don’t know what is up with this location, but you have to wait like 15 minutes for your food. Even if you submitted your order online 20 minutes before you got there, and you are the only customer. Been several times and this seems to be a consistent experience. The food is good, though, and the staff are friendly.

Both times I actually got my food there were many items missing and a few wrong items. This time we were told that they were closed at 9:40pm when they don’t actually close until 11pm.
I’ve even picked up a grubhub order from here and had to wait 10 minutes for it to be ready. Then I was told by the customer that the order was missing items.

We ordered and got to the store and they told us they were closed at 9:40pm. Takes 3 business days to get our money back. Fire your night crew

First time in decades and we came here at 8:00 and we were told they couldn’t process any orders for 30 minutes, because they could not pass the order down the line internally. They apparently have to place to order into another country to come back here to have the persons next to you make food. Extremely disappointing and won’t go back.

Taco bell went above and beyond for us! We were so worried about the 3.1 star (we take rating seriously) they made sure we had everything and more! The food was amazing and everything was just as we ordered it! Extremely nice staff as well!

Why do I come back here (once a year) expecting better things? I was warned about this place when I moved here almost 15 years ago and it hasn’t improved at all.
I couldn’t even get into their parking lot this morning (at 11:05am) because their delivery truck (semi) had 95% of the parking lot blocked - including the handicapped spaces!
I ordered the $7 box which, on a good day isn’t worth $5! Everything was mostly rolled up fajitas with a little cat food looking meat(?) for flavor.
They were out of Baja Blast (95% of the reason I even come here) but don’t fret, I was assured there was more in the truck being unloaded 🤦‍♂️
Well, I guess I’ll come back in another year to see if things are any better.
I’m beginning to realize that I’m more of a KFC/TB masochist than an optimist

Not only did they forget to give us our chips for our guacamole and chips, making us have to pull back in. We got home to realize they gave me a BEEF wrap instead of a black BEAN wrap, I have been vegetarian for 6 years. I took a bite into the crunch wrap to the taste of beef. My stomach has been hurting since. We then had to drive back to the store. After waiting the first time in line for insane amount of time for 3 items. The guy at the front said he couldn’t do anything but give us a bean wrap…..
Absolutely disappointing. Careless and poorly ran store. I eat Taco Bell all the time and have never ever had this issue. And will DEFINITELY not be returning.
