Got to stop in here and loved the small, yet intentional atmosphere. Cool reclaimed flooring and furniture. Great beer, clear they've had some experience in the brewery scene. Bar tender was a bit "dry" but other than that easily would go back. Grab a deck of cards or game and enjoy a smaller, relaxed brewery in Pittsboro. This is one of the top ones. Bakery and Als Diner right nearby for food.

First time stopping in. The Porter was excellent. The hazy was unfortunately brown and thoroughly oxidized. Being a brewer, I understand the dangers of possible oxidation in this style. I returned it for a Rye IPA which was ok. We were surprised there was little going on there at 6pm on a Friday. Maybe a slow day. Will have to try again sometime.
We always have a great time here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the beers are really good. They have a nice firepit and outdoor concert area too. We can't wait to return!

Almost don't want to post a review because Thirsty is one of the best kept secrets of Pittsboro - except I really want them to thrive and stick around! Beers and sours are great. Favorites so far have been Cloudburst IPA and the Apricot Sour. Always friendly staff. Back biergarten is nice to hang with friends and kids. They've been making smart upgrades and you really can see the potential! Love the variety of music they bring in. We always end up meeting and talking to new people there, brings in a good clientele. Love that it's right off the library loop. Walk, brews, walk some more... great summer pastime.

Just as good, if not better than the original location in Siler. Fantastic beverage options and a cozy inside atmosphere with a tremendous outdoor area, complete with a stage for live music, and a large parking lot.
