I hadn't been to a Waffle House in years, even longer during the day...
Stopped by this Waffle House in Pittsboro really to use the restroom and it was so clean and inviting, I stayed for breakfast. Such a great atmosphere, staff, customers interacting really enjoyable breakfast... way to start off the rest of your day! About to get on with my day... a man and his daughter walked in, man sat his daughter on the stool at the center and trusted the staff to watch them while his used the restroom. Yeah, seems like a good place for breakfast!

The staff were so friendly to me and my family and the food was great. My 2 year old especially enjoyed the waffle and the attention the staff showed him while he wore his little paper widge waffle house hat. Definitely a great location if you're looking for some place quiet, friendly, with very good food that's budget friendly, and family oriented. We will definitely be returning to this location.

To be honest, we visited this Waffle House because my husband is a fan of the food. However, Iāve never been a fan of Waffle House because theyāre always so dirty. But this place has completely changed my mind! Itās the cleanest Waffle House Iāve ever been in, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The customer service was also exceptional. Iām very happy and impressed with this place.

This location didnāt hit. Service: subpar. Food: subpar - tasted like an old dirty grill. I know, I knowā¦ āitās a Waffle House what did you expectā Go to a different location and get the true WaHo experience.

We ordered from waffle house this morning and of course they forgot to give the whole order. Which isnāt the first time this has happened to me. Went back to get the rest of my order and there was tons of excuses like ā I put it both of the bag on the side of the register .ā What they didnāt realize is that the person that picked up the order said the order was handed to them after the staff looked at the receipt and gave them one bag. The manager even went so far as to say itās the customers responsibility to review their order. They were extremely combative. When I proceeded to take the manager to the side and explain to him that making excuses and being combative was not necessary. All he had to do is say Iām sorry and give me my food. He continued to be combative and passive aggressive with me saying āIām smiling and saying sorryā. Now letās get to the food since I had to go back and get the items that was left off. Of course the food that I received initially was cold. I also had to return the grits because they were lumpy and the toast was burnt poor service poor customer service, and poor management service.
This waffle house sucks,they act like there job is so hard. Don't get a to go order,they throw it in a container together weather you ask for it or not. Ever heard of food allergies. Ordered 3 separate items,did not order a bowl.

Was love in the service that Linda gave me. She did an awesome job even though it was the first week she had been working and not very much help from her co-workers she hung in there. The food wasn't the best but the service she gave me. I was impressed with under the circumstances.

Great food! But the service was even better! We had a fantastic waitress who was so efficient and was such a sweetie! I had been having a sad morning, but she turned it right around! As we left I told her exactly that and shared a big hug with her!! Wonderful time...great food!ā¤ļø
