We ordered the blueberry lemon scone and the cherry almond scone. Both were very tasteless and very dough like. We also ordered the cinnamon rolls and were very disappointed being that people talked very highly about them. There was hardly any icing on the top of them and the bottoms were very over baked. I would suggest if you are ever in Pittsboro to try the Phoenix bakery (highly recommend) as we went there right after we visited Willys. The cinnamon rolls at the Phoenix bakery are super delicious and their scones are half the price and and more of what a scone should taste like.

My friend and i went in got 3 orders of Cinnamon rolls get home and open the bag and they were flat and hard as a rock, and soggy on the bottom heating them up didn't even soften them. I emailed company and received no reply at all.

Cinnamon rolls are sub par. Cheesecake is just sugar, no flavor. Ordered the peach fruit tea and couldn't drink it, threw it out.

This experience was interesting. It appeared as if we startled the individuals working when we entered. Both gave us short answers and were minimally helpful. Neither seemed to know what was going in.
We ordered two scones, both were okay. This is not somewhere I would want to return to.

Dietary restrictions: I asked about non-dairy milk and was told that whole milk was the only option.

We stopped in on June 10th. As soon as we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The young man behind the counter greeted us so nicely. He was so nice!! The food was amazing!! We were visiting from Florida and were heading back home after we ate. The scone was so good that I went back in and got more for the ride home. I'm originally from Pittsboro, moved in 88'. It's wonderful to see how that little town has grown. Thank you again, we'll definitely stop in again when we come back up to visit family.

I placed an online order for shipment in-state. Immediately after placing the order I called the number on your website and left a message with my name, order number and stated that my order was a birthday gift and asked that a birthday message be included in the order.

Later that same afternoon, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. I never received a phone call in return regarding the birthday message.

My order was delivered next day. The recipient was outside at time of delivery and immediately took the box inside.

I have attached photos of the how the box looked both inside and outside, in addition to the "cinnamon rolls". There is absolutely no packing material, only kraft shred as filler (and not much of that). NO ice packs, no styrofoam, nothing to prevent the "cinnamon rolls" from shifting in box or staying cool. And clearly NO birthday greeting nor were they pacakged in the tin that is represented on your website.

Now to the "cinnamon rolls" themselves. They are mostly blobs of dough and virtually absent of any cinnamon. Also noted that they were nearly raw and had to be cooked for 30 minutes in order to be (barely) edible.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am disappointed in the lack of attention to a phone message from a customer, the shoddy packaging, the utterly poor quality of the product itself. And the cost. You charge $3/roll so essentially you are charging $20 for shipping. For in-state, that's ridiculous unless you're going to pack the product in a manner that protects it from the aforementioned condition (ice packs, foam, etc...)

Someone responded to my email about this, promising to "make it right" and they were "SO VERY SORRY", also stating (twice) they will personally call me that afternoon after speaking to their "team" to investigate. Haven't received a call or email. Not sure what's to investigate (or why I should wait for that to happen). MAKE IT RIGHT. Period.

One of my very favorite places in pittsboro!! The owners/workers are so friendly and kind and i love everything i've had from there. My favorite thing to do on a weekend is go and buy one of every one of their scones to share and everyone loves every single one. Their Georgia Peach scone is great, but I also love their savory ones (cheddar cayenne, asiago). Their rolls are amazing, and I recently tried their pies which were also great - the key lime was excellent. Everyone should check out Willy's!

The price per cinnamon roll is very fair especially in light of these days. Cool little spot. Was the start to a really good day in Pittsboro. I had been wanting to try these for quite awhile.

Samantha is such kind genuinely nice person! I stopped in today because I have seen the giant Pink chair and was pleased with my experience! This is a family ran bakery, it's so homey and has a nostalgic feel I definitely miss! Will have to come back and sit in the cool front room!:)
