We recently moved to Polkville and have been wanting to try this place as a family. We were finally able to give them a try. We all were happy with our food and will go back since it is literally about 2/3 minutes form our house. We were also very impressed to meet the owner and offered to personally make our food for us that day.
So, this weekend, we decided to hop on the Goldwing and explore some cool spots. We stumbled upon Christie’s Kitchen, tucked away just off the main strip in Polkville. Let me tell you, it's a real gem.Christie herself greeted us warmly and served us with a smile. The food? Oh, it was top-notch. The food for the most part was amazing. I ordered the chicken pie with slaw and squash. They also have Tony's I've cream too! I look forward to trying more on the menu as this was my first time visiting. The banana pudding for dessert lacked any bananas or wafers. So I wouldn't recommend the pudding.
