“So I’m what you call regular customer, and the service is spot on, but tonight was the most disrespectful service I’ve gotten. I walked in my fiancé and I were only greeted by the manger on that night. We sat down and 30 minutes go by and no menu no drinks nothing, we tried to wave down two of the waitresses and completely ignored us. For the first time I almost got up and leave but luckily the female cook in the back told the manager Angel and she asked if we’ve been helped and I said no. She came and helped us! Be mindful we were the ONLY customers in there. If I could talk to the owner and/or store manager I would tell you that Angel the manager that night, needs the appreciation cause all I saw her do was run and do everything from cleaning taking phone orders and the two waitresses did nothing but be on their phones.“

“We were out visiting with a few of our friends, and we had actually traveled quite a distance from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We arrived a bit early, so we decided to stop for a quick cup of coffee and also to just get a chance to stretch our legs and get out of the car for a little bit.“

“Good food and great service“

“They have the "BEST" chicken-salad around ! GREAT atmosphere.. Friendly staff.. A+++++“

“I had an excellent experience at Cook Out thanks to Abbie’s exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked up, she was welcoming, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to make sure my order was exactly right, handled everything quickly and efficiently, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. What stood out most was how genuine she was, she treated me with kindness, made sure I had everything I needed, and went above and beyond to deliver great service. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she’s helping.
It’s rare to find someone who provides that level of attention and professionalism in fast food, and it definitely made my visit to Cook Out memorable. Abbie is a perfect example of what customer service should be, and Cook Out is lucky to have her on their team“

“Logan is so awesome!

I got here close to closing and almost didn't order. I caught the name of the guy cleaning behind the scenes really diligently. His name is Troy. Logan came to the counter to help me and I almost didn't order because it was close to closing but he was so encouraging and kind and I think he wanted me to have my ice cream as much as I wanted it walking up! 🫶🙌 Or at least he made it feel that way. I appreciate it because I had a long drive left and I had been on the road for a while.

What an amazing employee! I just think sometimes I don't expect to feel like I'm not in someone's way or disturbing somebody or something like that. He was so encouraging and personable. I had a couple requests for my ice cream and he did them perfectly! I saw Troy was busy working and cleaning in the background the whole time.

What a great crew to represent you guys here!

I marked this place on my maps to make sure I come back here. I'm sure I've been here before but now I'll make sure to stop in each time!

Please tell Logan and Troy their awesome customer service really does make a difference. 👊💪😎✌️“

“good @@@@@@@@@@@@@@-###@@“

“Crap service. Apparently, cheeseburger is code for no cheese and extra pickles is code for no pickles. Like an old coworker of mine used to say. You can't fix stupid.“

“Overall this is a good location. There were a couple times a while ago where there was mixupa with the mobile orders. And the double bacon cheeseburger was too small! Maybe it was junior, but still small and disappointed for the cost of the burger. Usually clean inside and outside. Employees are good. And my mobile orders are usually ready when I get there. Would recommend this location.“

“Ordered 2, 6 piece nuggets and a soda. Didn’t have as much on our card as we thought. Hadn’t eaten in a while and I guess the woman could see we lived in our truck. She took off the soda and gave us a 10% off discount to make the card go through. It was the nicest thing and meant so much to get this help. The food was fresh too! We’d return and hopefully we can pass this gesture forward next time we’re here. ♥️“
