Got home and noticed my pizza didn’t have pesto drizzle on it
Kevin provided phenomenal customer service! Even right at closing, he was kind, professional, and made sure my pizza was exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was spotless, and I truly appreciated his extra effort. Great job, Kevin!
Keith and Chris have such amazing customer service.

Pizza Hut offers a convenient online ordering experience, with orders ready quickly and hot upon arrival. The customer service is top-notch, making customers feel welcomed and valued. However, there have been some recent issues with placing delivery orders and problems with the phone line at the Pizza Hut by the Raeford Wal-Mart. While wait times may occur during busy periods, the pizza is well worth it. Although some customers experienced delays, they praised the delivery drivers for their friendliness. The restaurant serves delicious pizzas with a buttery crust, breadsticks, and amazing wings. Friendly and helpful staff ensure a great dining experience, with one employee, Jordan, being particularly noted for her grace and patience during a challenging situation.
