There was a nice variety of food from which to choose. They would not split the "double hot dog" option down to one hot dog unless you order the kid's dog, but then you couldn't have it "all the way" which was with everything on it, just mustard. The fish and chips were good, especially the sweet potato fries. The nachos were a bit sparse and there wasn't very much meat in the "no-bean chili." The burger was good but the salad was just OK. This is a venue that has changed many times over the years. It is an out of the way very nice location, scenic. The menu is good and the bartenders are great. Just put on your GPS and give it a try. They have Karaoke too on weekends.

It's a lovely, atmospheric, historic building and is much larger than it appears from the outside. The fried green tomatoes, fish and chips and chicken tenderloins were fantastic. Food was flash fried and not heavily battered. It was perfect!
