We ordered food more than one time, but the cashier seems to have a problem and with her attitude, it brings down the atmosphere and the services of the business. I have never seen the disrespectful cashier register. Just don’t know how to talk to people. She’s very rude and a person like that this shouldn’t be in that kind of atmosphere. She don’t have customer service. I’ve never seen such a mess.
Review of 3 Olives – A Masterclass in Mediocrity and Misdirected Arrogance
Our family of four recently placed an order with 3 Olives in hopes of enjoying a casual sub night. What we received instead was a deeply disappointing experience that showcased not only a complete lack of culinary quality but also an alarming disregard for basic customer service.
1. Buffalo Chicken Sub: Dry would be a generous description. There was virtually no sauce, the bread was so over-toasted it bordered on inedible, and the sandwich itself was pathetically flat with a measly amount of chicken. It was more bread than substance — and not good bread at that.
2. Italian Sub: Flavorless and forgettable. There was no oil, no vinegar, no seasoning — just a bland heap of lettuce. Even basic condiments like mayonnaise were absent. Once again, the bread was over-toasted to the point of distraction. It was essentially a salad trapped in a tanning bed.
3. Philly Cheesesteak: A sandwich that managed to insult the very concept of a cheesesteak. Tasteless, dry, and entirely devoid of any richness or seasoning. If there was cheese, it was hiding in shame.
We attempted to address these concerns in good faith by contacting the restaurant directly. Unfortunately, Manager Shawn responded with the type of dismissive tone that makes you wonder if the company trains its staff in customer deflection rather than satisfaction. There was no empathy, no accountability — just a robotic “No refund,” followed by the suggestion that we should physically return the food ourselves after it had already been delivered.
Despite providing photographic evidence of the subpar meals, we were told they were made “correctly,” as if that somehow excused the utter lack of quality. The tone on the phone came off as light and almost mocking — not the demeanor of a team that values its customers.
In short, 3 Olives managed to underdeliver on food, service, and basic professionalism. If you're hungry and hoping for even a decent sandwich, look elsewhere. If you enjoy being insulted while paying for substandard food, then by all means, place an order.
Wow! Just discovered a great pizza place-that is close in my
neighborhood! Ordered pepperoni special pizza this evening. Larger than I thought-AND IS SPECTACULAR! Thank you 3 Olives, you have another fan
The calzones are awesome!
I ordered the chicken Alfred on door dash and it clearly was a dash to get it done because it had no flavors straight bland and burnt cheese on top, I will never order pasta from this place again

Mozz sticks were so cold upon delivery (I stay 5 min from the place) that the cheese no longer stretched but the best part is that there was a long human hair inside of my Philly sub, so that was fun. I've eaten here one million times but this will be the last. Not sure why Google won't allow me to post the photo but there's def proof.
Expensive not really

I know damn well workers don't think it's okay to cough all over peoples food. Not one time did he cover his mouth. Not one time did he wash his hands before touching anything to handle my food. Covid or not thats fn gross as hell.
First time trying and I wasn’t disappointed. Philly cheesesteak is the go to from now on!!
