5/5 love the concept, love the idea of paying it forward and giving back. The volunteers were all friendly, they have a whole system set up, the employees were kind, personable, and the food was good! Definitely recommend the cheddar biscuit sandwich!

A Place at the Table is a truly heartwarming and inspiring concept that stands out in Raleigh's dining scene. This nonprofit restaurant is all about community, offering a hot meal to everyone regardless of their financial means. Guests can choose to pay the recommended price, as little as $3, or they have the option to volunteer for their meal, making it accessible to anyone in need.

The staff at A Place at the Table are exceptional, creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all who walk through the door. They work alongside volunteers to ensure everything runs smoothly and that every guest feels valued. The menu offers a wide range of healthy, delicious options, making it not only a place for nourishment but also for fostering a sense of belonging.

This is a remarkable model of how restaurants can give back to the community, and while it may be the first of its kind in Raleigh, I truly hope it paves the way for more to follow. A Place at the Table is a shining example of how food can bring people together, regardless of background or circumstance. Highly recommend supporting this incredible initiative!

Huevos Rancheros and cheese grits were delicious. Wonderful personable customer service. This country needs more community restaurants like this.
